Research On Technological Innovation And Industrial Differentiation From The Perspective Of Institutional Environment

With the continuous evolution of global technological innovation and transformation,the industry is accelerating the differentiation and derivation,thereby promoting the adjustment of the global industrial structure.Accelerating the promotion of technological innovation,enhancing the leading and supporting role of technological innovation in industry,accelerating the transformation and differentiation of industries,and constantly optimizing and adjusting the industrial structure are the important contents of my country's construction of a modern economic system.This article mainly studies the important role played by the institutional environment in the process of technological innovation promoting industrial differentiation.Analyze the impact mechanism of institutional environment on technological innovation and industrial differentiation,and analyze the threshold effect of my country's institutional environment on technological innovation and industrial differentiation through empirical research,and then give policy suggestions for improving the institutional environment and improving my country's innovation capability.The first chapter of this article is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background and significance of the thesis research,and explains the research technical route and research framework.The second chapter is the literature review part.Review the current research status of industrial differentiation,technological innovation and institutional environment,and provide a basis for further understanding the relationship between technological innovation and industrial differentiation.The third chapter is the theoretical analysis part.Define the conceptual connotation of technological innovation,industrial differentiation,and institutional environment,analyze and study the process and driving factors of industrial differentiation,conduct research and analysis on the process of industrial differentiation driven by technological innovation,introduce institutional environment into the research,and structure technology based on the perspective of institutional environment An analysis framework for innovation and industrial differentiation.Chapter 4 is the empirical research part.Build an institutional environmental index system,use principal component analysis to obtain the institutional environmental assessment of different regions in China,calculate the industrial differentiation of 30 provinces and cities from 2009 to 2018,set the institutional environment as a threshold variable,and build technological innovation Empirical research on the single panel threshold regression model of industrial differentiation.The research in this paper shows that industrial differentiation is a major change in the factors of production within the industry,and the restructuring between the elements further changes the original structure of the industry and thus the process of forming a new industry;technological innovation plays a decisive role in industrial differentiation.The industrial differentiation is mainly promoted by accelerating industrial competition and industrial agglomeration;the institutional environment,as a key external factor affecting industrial differentiation,also affects the combination of internal factors of the industry,and plays an important role in the process of technological innovation promoting industrial differentiation.The institutional environment includes the financial system,factor markets,government incentives,and legal systems.In the process of technological innovation affecting industrial differentiation,if there is no good institutional environment to provide protection for it,it will slow down or even fail to promote the process of industrial differentiation.The level of China's institutional environment shows a clear pattern that the east is superior to the west.A good institutional environment provides high-quality innovation resources for technological innovation,enabling it to better promote industrial differentiation.The negative effects of the institutional environment are also the same It will affect the development of the industry and even lead to negative growth of the industry.Especially when the system environment cannot reach a certain threshold,even if vigorously promote innovation activities and allocate a large amount of capital investment,it will have little effect on promoting industrial differentiation.Finally,this article puts forward policy suggestions such as strengthening technological innovation and building a good institutional environment to promote the process of industrial differentiation in China.
