Analysis Of Key Successful Factors Of Real Estate Project Benefit Based On Practical Cases

Since 2017,the real estate regulatory policies have become stricter and the market has declined significantly.How to make a reasonable plan for real estate development projects under the current situation,grasp the key success factors in real estate development,bear the double pressure of policy and market,and ensure the success of development projects is the purpose of this paper.First of all,this paper combs the existing research literature,and finds that the content of key success factor analysis for real estate project development is relatively less.This paper starts with a few successful project case studies,and analyzes the success factor of real estate project benefit,which is the research content of this paper.Then,the theory of critical success factors is introduced,and according to the needs of this paper,how to refine the key success factors of the project is discussed.Then,this paper compares and analyses the key success factors of real estate development projects with the Phoenix City Project and the Leading City Project,and finds out that the key success factors include the inherent superiority of the project's geographical location,the key of the pre-positioning,the high quality of the project construction and the brand development attributes of the project as the key success factors.Finally,the key success factors of the real estate development project are tested in the development and management of Bigui Garden project.
