A Study On The Real Estate Typical Profit Model And Key Success Factors

In this paper, the typical profit model and the key success factors (KSFs)of real estate corporation have been concluded and summarized by researching the real estate industry cases. Through these research above ,the paper try to answer how to utilize the ability and resources of this corporation to design corporation's profit model in changing environment and industry competence structure, and how to optimize the profit structure ,get the steady profit, and finally to realize the sustainable development of the corporation.At the introduction, the necessity and significance, background of the research have been clarified. At the same time, this part of the paper propound the method and thinking of analysis. By analyzing the cases of real estate, six typical profit models have been concluded by means of the system value chain theory of real estate industry.This paper gets three conclusions: First, the defects of the profit structure and the instable factors of the profit resource can be found from the aspects of profit model and KSFs. By this, the corporations can get the analysis frame and the thinking of improvement. Second, in this paper six profit models that classified to two level have been reduced. Third, the KSFs are the basic when one real estate corporation determines to adopt one profit model.
