As the Internet increasingly mature,the application of mobile communication technology more popular,the content and means of enterprise marketing are also changing,such as precision marketing instant solutions not only become a research hotspot,also gradually taken seriously by enterprise and applied in practice,the concept of cloud rising popularity,but accepted by more and more businesses and consumers but how to make effective product marketing strategy of cloud,academics and practitioners is an urgent need to discuss the problemOji is a traditional IT software company,which has been in China for more than 30 years,has accumulated a large number of customers,and has a very high market share and brand awareness in many fields.With the change of The Times and the change of user demand,Oji company is determined to explore the cloud product market,but the effect is not ideal.So why? What should I do? This paper aims to make an in-depth discussion on the marketing environment and marketing strategy of Oji's cloud products in the market environment of western China.This paper firstly expounds the background of Oji company in the western market of China,analyzes the competitive situation faced by Oji company's cloud products,and finds out many problems such as the lack of market competitiveness,the failure of effective activation of channel capacity,poor product use experience and low sales team performance of Oji company.By analyzing the internal and external environmental factors,found that the problem is not to build a suitable ecosystem affect product market competitiveness,no good response to the local user actual demand lead to poor product experience,lack of effective cloud channel development strategy in channel inefficiency,and frequent staff flow affect the team's overall performance.Then,under the new form,Oji company should build a cloud product ecosystem,improve users' product experience,activate channel capability and improve the performance of cloud product team,and a series of cloud product marketing optimization strategies.Help enterprises in the new competitive situation,find a way to change,to create greater economic benefits for enterprises.
