Relationship Embeddedness,Resource Integration Ability And Empirical Research On Enterprise Innovation Performance

Innovation is the premise for an enterprise to continuously obtain competitive advantages.In this open market,"closed innovation" has been unable to create irreplaceable,difficult to imitate,scarce and valuable resources.Enterprises must make full use of their own resource endowment,but also have the ability to internalize external resources into their own development innovation.This requires enterprises embedded in social networks,and other partners such as suppliers,customers,competitors,intermediaries,and colleges and universities to build a good cooperation mode,resource sharing,interactive,external access to valuable,heterogeneous resources,and internal resources effectively integrate utilization,to use their own innovation,so as to improve enterprise innovation performance.On the basis of reviewing relevant literature on domestic and overseas,this paper selects the relevant variables and constructs,build the model framework of " relational embeddedness-resource integration ability-innovation performance".Reference to the predecessors' research achievements of mature,chose in accordance with the relevant variables in this paper,dimension and scale,and takes the form of questionnaire survey to the enterprise staff has collected 327 valid questionnaires,using SPSS20.0 and AMOS22.0 software to the empirical analysis of the data,the results show that:(1)relational embeddedness and its three dimensions: trust,information sharing,joint problem solving have significant positive relationship with innovation performance;(2)resource integration ability and its two dimensions: resource recognition ability and resource allocation ability significantly promote the innovation performance of enterprises;(3)relational embeddedness has a significant positive effect on the ability of resource integration;(4)resource integration ability plays a part in mediating between relational embeddedness and innovation performance.Research shows that enterprises must improve the management mechanism of network relationship with partners,improve and optimize the mechanism of trust,information sharing and problem solving.Attaches great importance to the ability of the enterprise itself resources integration,improve the resources rationally take knowledge and resources with ability,the mechanism of the internal and external resources of innovation is a enterprise want to gain continuous competitive advantage,the premise of in the open market,have been unable to create a "closed innovation" irreplaceable,difficult to imitate,scarce and valuable resource.Enterprises must make full use of their own resource endowment,but also have the ability to internalize external resources into their own development innovation.This requires enterprises embedded in social networks,and other partners such as suppliers,customers,competitors,intermediaries,and colleges and universities to build a good cooperation mode,resource sharing,interactive,external access to valuable,heterogeneous resources,and internal resources effectively integrate utilization,to use their own innovation,so as to improve enterprise innovation performance.
