With the "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation" national strategy continues to advance,technology-based enterprises have become the main force to promote innovation development. In the era of high speed development of knowledge economy and network economy, innovation has become the key for enterprises to occupy the competitive commanding heights in the increasingly fierce market environment.Because of the shorter cycle and faster speed of technology iteration, the market environment faced by technology enterprises is more and more unpredictable. The innovation ability is more decisive to the survival and development of technology-based enterprises.Knowledge is the premise of innovation, and continuous innovation activities also require the supply of various and multi-level knowledge. However, many of the core innovative knowledge and other resources are not owned by a single enterprise, but exist in the relational network of the enterprise. As an important component of enterprise network embeddedness, relational embeddedness provides a platform for enterprises to acquire scarce knowledge and resources in the external network. The acquired knowledge can be better served in the innovation practice only through strong knowledge integration ability to internalize into enterprise's own knowledge. Therefore, how to quickly blend in enterprise network, using the relational embeddedness to acquire, integrate and reconstruct innovation knowledge and resources to improve the innovation level has become an urgent problem for enterprises to solve in practice.Firstly, this paper defines the meaning and characteristics of science and technology enterprises, and then combs the literature of relationship embedding, knowledge integration and innovation performance.Seconly, based on the proposition of how relational embeddedness affects the innovation performance of science and technology enterprises, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the three relationshipsan and puts forward the research hypotheses. Then constructs the overall conceptual model of relational embeddedness, knowledge integration and innovation performance, taking knowledge integration as an intermediary. Finally, with the help of SPSS19.0 and Amos 20.0,the hypothesis verification and empirical analysis of theoretical hypothesis and global conceptual model based on SEM model are carried out.The following conclusions are drawn:The relationship embeddedness and its three dimensions: trust, information sharing and joint problem solving, all promote the innovation performance of science and technology enterprises, but the direct positive effect of relationship embeddedness on innovation performance is not as significant as the hypothesis in this paper. This is the conclusion of this study is different from other studies.Relational embeddedness plays a significant role in promoting knowledge integration. The deeper the degree of embedding between technology-based enterprises and partnerships is,the more helpful it is to enhance the ability of knowledge integration.Knowledge integration and its three dimensions: knowledge acquisition, knowledge transformation and knowledge reconstruction, all have significant effects on innovation performance.Among them, the overall effect of knowledge integration is the most obvious, followed by knowledge reconstruction, knowledge transformation, and finally knowledge acquisition.Knowledge integration plays an intermediary role in the process of relational embeddedness affecting innovation performance, and through the transmission path of knowledge integration, the effect of relational embeddedness on innovation performance is stronger. That is,the indirect promoting effect of relational embeddedness on innovation performance is better than that of direct promotion.
