Rare earth resources are important strategic resources and have tremendous application value.They are crucial to the development of China's industrial economy.The future demand for rare earth mineral resources continues to expand.The development and utilization of rare earth resources leads to continuous resource consumption and serious environmental pollution.A series of problems,such as low added value of rare earth products,have restricted the healthy development of the rare earth industry.Under this background,systematically sort out the development situation of China's rare earth industry,establish a safety assessment system for the rare earth industry,analyze the safety situation and existing problems of China's rare earth industry,and seek solutions.The main research contents and conclusions of the paper are as follows:First,sort out and analyze the relevant literature on industrial safety evaluation and rare earth industry research status,and find that one is rich in research results of industrial safety evaluation,which provides a useful reference for the safety evaluation of rare earth industry;second,the literature of rare earth industry mainly focuses on rare earth The status quo and outlet of industrial development,the pricing power of rare earth products,and the impact and governance of international trade and the rare earth industry on the environment,there is little research on the systematic analysis of the safety status of the rare earth industry.Therefore,this paper does the safety status of the rare earth industry For further analysis.From the four dimensions of rare earth industry supply safety,resource safety,market safety and environmental safety,we deeply analyze the safety status of China's rare earth industry.The study found that: China's rare earth supply and demand have been in an imbalanced state for a long time,and the supply exceeds demand;On the low side,rare earth resources are exported in large quantities,and the price is large and cheap,failing to take advantage of resources;the development of rare earth resources has caused serious damage to the ecological environment,and the ecological environment governance is backward.Second,based on reference to previous research results and considering the availability of rare earth resource related data,a group of 4 dimensions and 12 indicators of rare earth industry safety evaluation system was constructed based on the comparison of various evaluation analysis methods Inferior,chose entropy weight method and gray correlation analysis method.Applying the entropy weight method and the grey correlation model to the empirical research on the safety evaluation of the rare earth industry,the safety status of the rare earth industry is first investigated as a whole,and then the supply safety,resource safety and market of the rare earth industry are further evaluated from four dimensions Safety and environmental safety status,and analyze its safety status.The results of the study show that: in China 's rare earth industry safety situation,supply safety and market safety have a greater impact on the safety of the rare earth industry.During the study period,the supply safety and market safety scores were relatively low and fluctuated greatly,resource safety and environment Safety has little effect on the safety situation of the rare earth industry.The resource safety score has been continuously improved and is stable,but the environmental safety score is relatively low.Overall,the safety situation of China's rare earth industry is constantly improving.On the basis of the above research,this article puts forward targeted policy recommendations in four areas,improving the supply capacity of rare earth resources,improving the innovation ability of the rare earth industry,improving the management system of the rare earth market,promoting the environmental safety of the rare earth industry,and improving the safety of the rare earth industry The level provides an effective reference.
