Research On Rural Industry Integration Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization is a major decision made by the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,which is a major historical task of building a well-off society and a socialist modern country.The emphasis of village rejuvenation is industrial prosperity.The integration and development of rural industry is an effective means to realize the prosperity of rural industry.We took an underdeveloped area-Xiaojing country,Qianfeng District,Guang'an City as the research object.Firstly,the relevant literature on the integration of agricultural industry at home and abroad was studied and summarized,and the relevant theoretical basis of this paper was clarified,and the development of agricultural industrialization and agricultural industry integration was defined.Secondly,the basic conditions of industrial integration in Xiaojing country were summarizes from the general situation of agricultural resources and agricultural industrial structure.The main measures of the development of rural industrial integration in Xiaojing country were analyzed.And then the path of actual rural industrial integration and development through the extension of rural industrial chain,the expansion of industrial function,the integration of production and city and the upgrading of rural information were summarized.It was found that there were still new challenges of the industrial upgrading and transformation in Xiaojing country through the establishment of the problems existing in the development,such as the large but not strong characteristic industries,special but not excellent industries,unprominent tourism,and the uneffective functions;the hollow rural population,the weak main body of management,small industrial scale,the improving main body of management,the weak scientific and technological information penetration,the insufficient investment of high-tech elements,and so on.Finally,combining the countermeasures in domestic and foreign literature and practical problems in Xiaojing country,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of rural industrial integration in Xiaojing country,including building a new system of rural governance by strengthening the construction of grass-roots party organizations,deepening villagers' autonomy,continuously improving the living environment and promoting grass-roots supporting construction,improving the form of industrial organization,perfecting the mechanism of industrial integration,cultivating new economic subjects,perfecting the supporting guarantee system and education service system,finding the growth point of industrial economy in Xiaojing country,increasing farmers' income to help the rural revitalization.
