Research On The Level Measurement And Optimization Strategy Of Beijing Rural Industry Integration Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Industrial prosperity is the focus of rural revitalization.The integration of rural industries is the only way to promote the prosperity of rural industries,strengthen the new drivers of rural development,and achieve high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas.As the capital of Beijing,to take the lead in basically realizing socialist modernization,the most arduous and onerous task is still in the rural areas,and the most prominent weak link remains the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.In the context of promoting comprehensive rural revitalization,we should firmly grasp the strategic positioning of the capital city,accurately grasp the urban and agricultural conditions of "small agriculture in big cities" and "small urban areas in suburbs of Beijing",accelerate the integration of rural industries,and find a road of rural industry revitalization with the characteristics of the capital.Taking Beijing’s rural industry as the research object,this paper analyzes the implementation process of Beijing’s rural revitalization strategy and the effect of rural industry integration on the basis of literature and theoretical research using statistical data.By constructing the evaluation index system of the comprehensive development level of Beijing’s rural industry integration,comprehensively using the entropy method,coefficient of variation method,comprehensive index method and coupling coordination degree model,systematically analyzing the development level and characteristics of Beijing’s rural industry integration.Based on the mechanism analysis of influencing factors of Beijing’s rural industrial integration,the VAR model is constructed to study the influence degree of major factors on Beijing’s rural industrial integration.The results show that:(1)The integrated development level of Beijing’s rural industries is constantly improving,but it will still be in the growth stage in 2021.The integration depth and integration effect of rural industries in Beijing showed a trend of fluctuation rise on the whole,and the agricultural versatility needed to be explored and the agricultural efficiency enhancement ability needed to be improved.(2)The integration of rural industries in Beijing is moving towards a more coordinated direction,achieving a transformation from a mild imbalance to a good coordination.The integration depth and the integration effect of the internal subsystem have experienced a leapfrog progress of coordination level,but the rural industry integration depth system internal coordination development needs to be improved.(3)Government support,rural industrial integration market,science and technology all have a positive impact on Beijing’s rural industry integration,the positive effect of market integration > science and technology > government support.Among them,the positive effect of infrastructure investment is stronger than that of financial support;the negative effect of market supply is stronger than the positive effect of market demand;the positive effect of human capital is stronger than that of technology application.In view of this,this paper puts forward relevant optimization strategies from four aspects:formulating integration path according to local conditions,deepening supply-side structural reform,improving rural talent education level and improving rural infrastructure construction.
