As a means of enterprise development and promotion,human resource training has become the key to the success of enterprises,which directly affects the performance of enterprises.Through human resource training,enterprises can supplement employees’ skills,improve their work attitude and work efficiency,and enhance enterprise capacity.In the long run,the training of employees is a long-term investment.If the efficiency of human resource training is low,even ignoring the training of employees,it will cause huge losses to the enterprise.This paper takes GT company as the research object.It investigates the situation of training and human resource management.Then,based on the four-level training evaluation model of Coriolis,a questionnaire survey and interview survey were carried out on GT employees,and the situation of employees on the reaction layer,learning layer,behavior layer and result layer of the enterprise was analyzed.Through the analysis of the data,four problems existing in the human resource training of Vietnam GT company were obtained,namely,there was no investigation on the training needs of grass-roots units,lack of targeted training plans The single form of training is not flexible enough,and the content of training courses is not practical enough.Finally,in order to make the human resource training of Vietnam GT company more suitable for employees needs and enterprises development,four measures are proposed to improve the human resource training of enterprises,including optimizing the research of training needs,refining the formulation of training plans,increasing the training forms and methods,and enriching the content of training courses.Through the analysis of the problems and deficiencies in the existing training process of Vietnam GT company,and put forward suggestions for improvement,in order to strengthen the practicability of training content,improve the satisfaction of employees with enterprise training,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of training,and ultimately improve the performance of the enterprise.
