Although the trust industry in China has experienced decades of development,it is still in the early stage of the industry life cycle.The homogenization and simplification of trust business make the industry competition extremely fierce.Under the background of the new normal of economy,the real economy is declining.Under the background of supply side reform,the financial supervision is stricter.The development of trust industry is slowing down,the scale of project risk is increasing,and the development of trust industry has entered a "bottleneck period".Trust companies need to change the development mode and carry out business transformation to achieve healthy and sustainable development.Trust industry is a knowledge-intensive industry,and talent incentive is the central link of trust company governance.In trust companies,the trust business team is at the core of the trust business chain.Its performance is closely related to the overall performance of trust companies and is the most important engine driving the overall development of trust companies.Compensation management,as the most important incentive management tool for trust companies to their business teams,plays an important strategic guiding role in the business transformation of trust companies.In this paper,D Trust Company is taken as the research object,through the diagnosis and analysis of the compensation management of the business team of D Trust Company,and the corresponding optimization and improvement scheme is put forward.The purpose is to find effective methods to help D Trust Company to improve its business team performance and business innovation transformation power from the perspective of compensation management under the current difficult development environment,so as to realize long-term sustainable development.This paper uses the method of literature research to focus on the domestic and foreign theories on salary management,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Through the way of information collation and induction,the compensation management characteristics of D Trust Company and its business team are analyzed,which provides practical basis for subsequent diagnosis and analysis.At the same time,by adopting diagnostic methods such as business management interviews,industry market salary surveys and trust manager salary satisfaction surveys,a comprehensive diagnostic analysis of salary management problems was carried out,and it was found that there were certain problems in the salary management of D Trust Company's business team in terms of strategy matching,industry competitiveness,salary structure,salary composition,incentive and constraint mechanism,etc.In response,this paper firstly uses GE matrix as an analysis tool for business strategy selection,and proposes an improvement scheme for dynamic adjustment of business team salary management according to business strategy.Secondly,it proposes specific solutions such as comparing the salary level of the industry,improving the salary structure of the rank,adjusting the performance appraisal mechanism and implementing the concept of overall salary.
