Campus recruitment is an important way for enterprises to select talents at present.Because of its early development,low cost and strong targeted advantages,it is more and more valued by employers and graduates.Therefore,how to make campus recruitment more efficient and smooth,and better serve enterprises and graduates,this is worth pondering.CQ Co.,Ltd.is a wholly-owned subsidiary of XX Group Co.,Ltd.Founded on July 21,2008,with a registered capital of 8.27 billion yuan,the company has more than 16800 employees and its headquarters is located in Guangzhou,Guangdong Province.Due to the global development of the company's layout,the original company's personnel structure has been unable to meet,and now more new generation forces are needed to settle in.In addition to the regular social recruitment,it is also necessary to open up campus recruitment channels for talent introduction.At present,the campus recruitment is one of the main channels to promote the employment of college students.The campus recruitment mode has the advantages of direct,convenient and economical,and has strong pertinence,high success rate,better communication and timeliness,so it is favored by graduates and employers.However,in recent years,the severe situation of economic downturn,prominent employment structural contradictions and increasing employment pressure has also restricted the recruitment of enterprises to a certain extent.As CQ company is in the initial stage of operation,the enterprise system and its related systems are still imperfect,and this contradiction is also reflected in the campus recruitment work.At present,CQ company adopts the consulting campus recruitment mode.In this mode,the problems in the school recruitment work are mainly reflected in the school recruitment system,the school recruitment plan,the school recruitment preparation work and the school recruitment later evaluation.Talent recruitment is one of the most important links in the development of enterprises.Therefore,in the current context,how to carry out efficient campus recruitment is particularly important.Based on the basic theory of human resource recruitment management,this paperanalyzes the campus recruitment mode of CQ company and puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme.On the basis of the consulting campus recruitment mode adopted by CQ company,this paper puts forward an integrated recruitment mode,that is,effective horizontal integration of internal factors,external factors and recruitment channels,vertical integration from the main recruitment links,and targeted evaluation and analysis of the results of integrated recruitment.In the early stage,middle stage and later stage of campus recruitment,the optimization scheme is put forward,and in-depth consideration is made from interview,employment,training and new employee integration,so as to effectively solve the campus recruitment dilemma of CQ company and improve the efficiency of campus recruitment.This is of great significance to the exploration and innovation of CQ's campus recruitment mode.Finally,the paper summarizes and prospects the research on the integrated recruitment mode of CQ company.
