With the rapid development of new technology,human resources are increasingly important in business competition and industry development.In order to improve the ability of sustainable development and the core competitiveness of enterprises,it is necessary to implement the talent strategy;in order to implement the talent strategy,it is necessary to attach importance to the development of human resources and start from the important work of staff training.GX Company is a state-owned communication enterprise with strong comprehensive strength.In recent years,the technical barriers formed by 5G,big data、cloud computing,Internet of things and other new information technologies have resulted in weak development of core business and limited development space.Therefore,the company has launched a strategic transformation aimed at building "an outstanding and leading intelligent service provider".To quickly build a team of excellent employees who not only master emerging information technology and professional skills,but also understand management and good management has become the key to help enterprises break through difficulties and realize strategic transformation.Based on the above background,this paper takes GX Company’s core department information operation team as the research object,from the perspective of comprehensively improving the ability of information operation team personnel,based on the strategic human resource theory,competency model,staff training theory,using literature research,field interviews,questionnaires and other methods,This paper analyzes the existing problems of training management of information operation team,and based on the competency model,puts forward the Optimization Countermeasures of training management of operation team of GX Company,so as to help the enterprise realize the strategic transformation smoothly and adapt to the new trend of the industry.On the basis of systematic research on the current situation of training management of GX Company’s information operation team,this paper diagnoses that the current training management system of information operation personnel does not meet the requirements of the new strategy in concept,standard and content,and there are problems such as insufficient teachers and inadequate training effect evaluation,which seriously affect the performance of training management.In this regard,this paper puts forward a series of training management optimization suggestions and measures based on the strategy and competency model,including building a training course system based on the position competency model of the information operation team around the company’s strategy,building a training project system based on the training needs analysis of the information operation team,improving the training organization structure,and developing the training system to adapt to the strategic development Teachers,establish an effective training evaluation system,and enrich the ways and means of training implementation.Through this study,I hope to promote the training management effect of GX Company’s information operation team,build a professional technical team that matches the company’s new technology strategic transformation,help the company achieve its goals and achieve sustainable development.At the same time,it is hoped that the conclusions of this paper can provide useful reference for the state-owned enterprise communication company in exploring the optimization design of human resource management and employee training management.
