As the economic globalization deepens, domestic companies confront more intense competition than ever before. Actually, technology narrows the differences among products while talent decides an enterprises’long-term development. To create a high-quality talent team is the core competence for an enterprise to remain invincible in the market competition. Since the introduction of reform and opening up more than 30 years ago, our industry structure has changed from labor-intensive industry to technology-intensive industry. In order to bust the development of the enterprises, strengthen the construction of human resources management is urgent. Employee training is an important part of human resources construction. It improves the knowledge structure, professional skills, working enthusiasm and working efficiency of employees.A company, founded in 1996, is known for its non-ferrous metal smelter. In the last decades it grew rapidly from a small business into a big one which leads the non-ferrous metal smelting industry in Guangxi. The company aims to complete list at the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan, and it needs to nurture a group of talent within the company to achieve the goal. At the beginning of the paper, the author clarifies the background information and meaning of the research topic, and the gathered documents and theories to analyze the present situation of the company, finds out the problems and puts forward corresponding settlements. Then, in Chapter four, the paper illustrates the optimizing A company’s training system from its needs analysis, plan making, content planning, form improvements, etc. In the last part of it, the author raises up several measures to ensure the company’s training system optimization.
