Study On The Development Model Of Suburban Villages In The Background Of Urban-rural Integration

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,and urban and rural construction has changed rapidly.A series of changes have taken place in the relationship between urban and rural areas.First,priority is given to urban development,and then urban and rural development.The imbalance between urban and rural development is becoming increasingly prominent.Weak villages cannot have strong China.Shaping urban-rural relations."Urban and rural integration and development" was written into the party's documentation at the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,which indicates that China's urban-rural relations will enter a stage of urban-rural integration and development.The purpose of urban-rural integration is to achieve the overall goal of building a well-off society and rural rejuvenation faster and better.The suburban villages are close to the city,affected by geography and economy,the urbanization speed is faster,and the contradiction between urban and rural development is more prominent.Therefore,the study of urban and rural issues in suburban villages is conducive to promoting the integration of urban and rural development.Based on the research theories and practical contents of village research at home and abroad,this article clarifies the main issues of the rural-urban integration and development of suburban villages and the key factors of village revitalization.Through the analysis of the industry,population,space,infrastructure,Do in-depth analysis and investigation of key factors such as advantageous resources,summarize development characteristics and problems,and clarify the overall and local relationships between the various elements of the village and between villages,as well as the relationship between commonality and personality.Based on the specific factors related to rural revitalization,the typological method is used to divide the suburban villages into three types: transitional villages,traditional villages and natural resource villages according to their future development goals.Rigorous research.Using theprinciple of comparative advantage,starting from the village's advantageous development factors,according to different ways of revitalization,a mutual aid development model and a resource development model are proposed.The theory is applied to the case study of Xinyang County's suburban village development model,and a reasonable optimization strategy is proposed for its urban-rural integration development model.
