In the increasingly fierce market competition and transformation changes,employees play an important role.More extensive listening to the opinions and suggestions from employees is extremely important for the medium and long-term sustainable development of the organization.How to effectively stimulate employees’voice behavior and explore the influencing factors of voice behavior has become the focus of domestic and foreign academic circles.Studies have shown that influencing factors of voice behavior mainly include three aspects:organizational situation,individual psychology,and leadership style.Studies have shown that benevolent leadership positively affects employees’ voice behavior,but benevolent leadership affects employees’ voice behavior.There are few mechanism studies on how benevolent leadership affects employees’ voice behavior.This paper will focus on the relationship and mechanism of action between benevolent leadership and employee voice.In order to explore more deeply,this study introduces two variables,leadership trust and power distance,as the mechanism of action,to study their impact on benevolent leadership.role in the impact of employee voice behavior.After sorting out and summarizing the relevant literature,this paper puts forward relevant research hypotheses.Then,using the questionnaire method,406 pairs of participating samples from multiple enterprises were surveyed at two time points.Through data analytics,the proposed hypotheses are verified and the following conclusions are drawn:benevolent leadership is positively correlated to trust in leadership,trust in leadership positively affects employees’ voice behavior,trust in leadership plays a mediating role in the role of benevolent leadership style on employees’ voice behavior.Power distance regulates the relationship between benevolent leadership and trust in leadership,which regulates the indirect influence of benevolent leadership on employee voice behavior through trust in leadership.
