In order to enable enterprises to obtain sustainable creativity, cohesion and competitiveness,organizations need to continuously develop innovation, advance with the times. Management alone cannot solve all the problems facing the company, company staff work, enhance the sense of ownership, not only need to finish the work within the scope of their duties, should also be active voice behavior and improve the organization’s comprehensive ability. Voice behavior is employees to solve enterprises are now in the management and production of the existing problems and improve the organization operation and improve the operation efficiency of organization, active, spontaneous, initiative to superiors or the relevant department leaders put forward with constructive comments or suggestions, this kind of behavior is employee duties outside the scope of the role of behavior. Leadership and employee suggestions this extra role behavior by employees perception to the attitude of voice behavior and the effectiveness of leadership behavior, on the one hand because of the leadership as the employees’ voice object. On the contrary, if the leadership on employee voice behavior take the repression against the attitude will inhibit the employee voice behavior; on the other hand is because leadership is the allocation of resources, power and reward and punishment of decision makers, employees, only confirmed his voice behavior does not pose a risk to their own, will be willing to voice behavior. China 5000 years of traditional culture, formed a unique type of "relation" social atmosphere, not only the style of leadership and the leadership style will influence voice behavior, voice behavior, and leadership of the relationship between employees and will to a large extent affect employee voice behavior. Social exchange theory is that leadership and deployment exists not only between work on economic exchange also exist above to work on social exchange, such different degrees of exchange relationship and exchange relationship quality will deeply influence staff’s motivation and behavior. So this study by sorting out the related research at home and abroad and summary, in view of the deficiencies of the existing research vacancy, try on the relationship between charismatic leadership, leader member exchange and employee voice behavior analysis and sorting, explore leader- member exchange struture read in voice behavior the mediating role of charismatic leadership behaviors and subordinates.In this study, the relevant literature to sort out the basic, will lead the member exchange as a mediator,and by issuing questionnaires to domestic enterprises to 200 employees were investigated, the obtained data with descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods to carry on the analysis, obtained the following conclusions:(1) the charismatic leadership has significant positive impact on employee voice behavior.(2) charismatic leadership and leader member exchange has a significant positive impact on.(3) has significant positive effect on the leader member exchange and employee voice behavior.(4) the leader member exchange plays an intermediary role in the charismatic leadership and employee voice behavior.In the conclusion of this research as the theoretical guidance, this paper for the enterprise management proposed on how to improve employee voice behavior suggestions and improve the management ways and channels of charm. Finally, it is pointed out that the research in data acquisition, data processing and lack of empirical analysis, and put forward a prospect of future research, in order to be able to draw more accurate conclusions, for the practice to provide more specific and practical guiding significance.
