In today's economic globalization,human resources have gradually become the core resources of enterprises.Competition among enterprises is no longer the traditional method of relying solely on physical capital,but through increasing investment in human capital to improve the level of human resource management,thus promoting the innovation ability of enterprises.Therefore,recruitment naturally becomes an important part of human resource management.Fresh graduates by virtue of their own easy to obtain,easy to train,easy to configure,low labor costs,favored by the major enterprises human resources.But at present,enterprises in the recruitment of new graduates in the traditional recruitment mode of low efficiency,recruitment of new graduates competency level low problems.This dissertation takes A engineering consulting company as the research object,studies the current situation of the company's recruitment management of fresh graduates by means of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,and designs the optimization scheme and implementation guarantee measures for the recruitment management of fresh graduates.First,this dissertation expounds the research background and significance of the dissertation,summarizes the current situation of the relevant research on the recruitment of fresh graduates,and determines the research content and method of this dissertation based on the theoretical achievements of experts and scholars and the general situation of the recruitment of fresh graduates in China in recent years.Based on the relevant theories of recruitment,this dissertation analyzes the recruitment,selection,recruitment and evaluation in the recruitment process.Secondly,from the company profile and introduce the basic situation of human resources A engineering consulting firms,from the recruitment process,recruitment of existing positive role for the development of the company and the insufficiency,the graduate recruitment and exit situation analysis to the fresh graduate recruitment management effect,to determine A engineering consultancy company in this year's graduate recruitment management problems and its reason.Thirdly,the general competency model and the post competency model of graduates are constructed by using the behavioral event interview method and the questionnaire survey method.Based on the competency model of freshgraduates,the current recruitment system is optimized,and a scientific job analysis is made based on competency,job description and job application form are designed.We should optimize the recruitment and selection methods of fresh graduates,adopt the behavioral interview method to effectively select graduates,strengthen the training of interviewers,improve the overall quality of the interviewers' team,and improve the evaluation mechanism of the recruitment management system in the four aspects of recruitment quality,efficiency,cost and personnel.Finally,through the system,capital,personnel,cultural aspects to ensure the effective operation of the competency-based fresh graduates recruitment optimization system.
