| The department store retailingt is a traditional industry with an early start and wide coverage.During the policy and welfare period of the country’s reform and opening-up,the market development environment has been optimized,the domestic department store retailing has achieved rapid development.With the deepening of the reform,the industry model has developed from a physical store to a combination of new retail,multi-format and terminal payment.The development environment of the department store retail industry is facing profound and complex changes,showing three major changes:urban and rural consumption upgrading,fierce industry competition,and generalization of information technology.Facing new challenges,the traditional department store retail industry must take the new road of upgrading developmentt.The upgrading of enterprises is not only to adjust tthe mode of operation,but also to improve the core competitiveness of human resources.The effective introduction of modern talent recruitment management model is essential to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Competency model recruitment is a modern human resource management method,which is more pertinent and effective in recruitment,and is helpful to improve the comprehensive level of retail employees,thus creating new performance growth point for enterprises.According to the actual situation of the existing management personnel recruitment system of Company B,this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,Behavior Event Interview,Questionnaire Survey,Expert Group,etc.,This paper analyzes the match of enterprise strategic goal,external development environment and internal organization system,then constructs the competency model of company B manager,which includes 14 competency elements.Then,based on the recruitment needs of the enterprise,sets up the recruitment plan of company B manager based on competency model,and makes competency matching in the aspects of written test,psychological test,behavior test,interview,employment training,etc..Then,from the perspective of the evaluation of the ability and quality of the managers,the evaluation program of the recruitment effect is established.This article also starts from the resources,the system,the culture aspect,has established the recruitment plan implementation safeguard plan,guarantees the enterprise to be able to better “ The selection,the education,the retention,the use ” the outstanding management talented person.The most direct meaning of this thesis is to build a competency model for Company B manager,which can be used to improve the efficiency of management recruitment,and to provide references for other human resource management links such as salary management,performance appraisal,and job training.Through the study of competency model recruitment,this paper aims to explore how to effectively integrate modern management methods in traditional domestic enterprises through the study of competency model recruitment,so as to help enterprises to improve the planning and practicality of recruitment management,in order to better cope with the changes and challenges of the external development environment. |
