The competitiveness of enterprises is equivalent to the strength of talents to a certain extent.Therefore,enterprises have always attached great importance to the selection and hiring of outstanding high-quality talents.For enterprises,whether talent selection is in place is directly related to its future development,so it is necessary to strengthen efforts to establish a sound talent selection mechanism.However,looking at the current situation,the talent recruitment system established by the general enterprises has the problem of only focusing on knowledge and skills rather than on the development potential of talents,so that the innovation potential of enterprises is insufficient.Especially for technology-based enterprises with high innovation requirements,if employees do not have high-quality professional ability and innovation ability,the research and development strength of their technology,products and services will be weakened.Therefore,modern technology companies are increasingly focusing on optimising the innovative recruitment system by citing more efficient ways,such as introducing a competency model to improve the recruitment process,enabling companies to recruit more talents with more professionalism,high quality and innovation.This article takes BOE as an example,combined with the job manager's job requirements,establishes the recruitment process applicable to the company's project manager position,analyzes some problems and causes of the traditional recruitment process,and studies the method of establishing a recruitment process based on the competency model.And the value and role of the competency model in improving the effectiveness of corporate recruitment.Firstly,it expounds the connotation of competency and competency model,and briefly describes the development of competency research at home and abroad.At the same time,the paper also discusses the concept of competency and competency model,the theory of competency model construction and the relevant theory of employee recruitment.It compares the traditional recruitment model with the competency-based recruitment model as the cornerstone of this paper.Secondly,on the basis of theory,it introduces the characteristics of BOE's project manager and the status quo of recruitment,and deeply analyzes the problems in the recruitment of the project manager of the company.Thirdly,combined with the actual development status and needs of BOE,starting from the strategy and development direction of the enterprise,and drawing on the guidance of the theory,construct the competency model of the BOE project manager position.Finally,the construction of the BOE project manager competency model is applied to the actual recruitment,and the project manager recruitment process is redesigned.This paper analyzes the competency factors of BOE project managers,builds a project manager competency model,and applies it to the recruitment process to optimize the project manager recruitment process.It is not only conducive to improving the effectiveness of the recruitment of project managers of BOE,but also has reference value for the recruitment of employees of other similar enterprises.
