Research On The Relationship Between Food Retail Industry In-store Activities And Enterprise Performance From The Perspective Of Green Supply Chain

In recent years,our country's environment is facing severe challenges.In order to solve environmental problems,our country has proposed a general policy for green development,and green supply chain management has become one of the effective ways for green development.The food retail industry has the role of connecting producers and consumers.The green supply chain management of the food retail industry can drive enterprises in the entire supply chain to achieve green.Based on this,this article explores the research on the relationship between in-store activities of food retail industry and corporate performance from the perspective of green supply chain,and further promotes the research of green supply chain management in food retail industry.In order to solve the research problem,this paper carried out research methods such as literature review and questionnaire.First,it defined the activities in the food retail industry including water and energy management,waste management,and green supply chain management practices,including green logistics,green purchasing,and cooperation with suppliers,enterprise performance including economic performance and environmental performance.Taking in-store activities in the food retail industry as the antecedent variable,a hypothesis is proposed on the relationship between green supply chain management practices and enterprise performance.For the 326 questionnaires collected,smartPLS3.0 software was used for descriptive statistical analysis,reliability test,validity test,etc.Finally,the structural equation model was used to fit the questionnaire data and the model was tested and analyzed.The results show that:(1)Food retail waste management has a positive impact on green logistics,green purchasing,and cooperation with suppliers.Water and energy management has a positive impact on green logistics and green purchasing,but has no effect on cooperation with suppliers.(2)Green logistics,green purchasing,and cooperation with suppliers in the food retail industry have a positive impact on environmental performance.Only green logistics has a positive impact on economic performance,and green purchasing and cooperation with suppliers have no effect on economic performance.(3)Green logistics,green purchasing,and cooperation with suppliers can bring environmental performance to the food retail industry and positively affect the economic performance of the food retail industry.The research in this article adds research on the relationship between green supply chain management and enterprise performance in the food retail industry,and also provides policy recommendations for the food retail industry and relevant government departments to take further effective measures to promote the green development of the food retail industry.
