Based on microeconomics, econometrics, management and other theories, this article analyzes and studies the food industry green supply chain management and performance evaluation with field research. Full-text is divided into seven chapters, including introduction, and mainly discusses the three sections:The first part includes the chapter 1 and 2. This part mainly studies the basic content, the integrated model and the development status of the food industry green supply chain management. It also compares the food industry green supply chain management with the traditional supply chain management model and considers it is inevitable that the traditional supply chain management will go towards the development of green supply chain management. The second part includes the chapters 3 and 4. According to game theory, this part mainly analyzes the development constraints’mechanism of the food industry green supply chain. The development constraints are consisted of the external factors, asymmetric information, the selfish behavior of the members and other factors. For the resolution mechanism of the constraints of negative internal resistance and adverse selection which are caused by the information asymmetry, the government can intervene in two ways: provides the public information and directly controls the false information behavior. For the selfish behavior of members and the negative externalities, the government can solve the problems in three ways: direct government regulation, the social norms, the government subsidy mechanism. Finally, this part studies the members’coordination mechanisms of the food industry green supply chain management mode by two aspects of vendor selection and information-sharing. It considers that the key factors of the providers’evaluation are consisted of six factors: delivery lead time, delivery reliability, product prices, suppliers’logistics, product quality and green degree. And based on entropy-TOPSIS model, this part constructs a supplier evaluation model of the green supply chain management model. The third part includes the chapter 5 and 6. This part first constructes the performance evaluation system of the "input - output" food industry green supply chain management, and evaluates the performance of the food industry green supply chain management and the traditional supply chain management model by combining with the integrated DEA model with a cone structure. The results show that: the green supply chain management mode is better than the traditional supply chain management mode in the three aspects: the overall effectiveness, the technical efficiency and the scale efficiency. The food industry traditional supply chain management is low efficiency as a whole, and it can not get the scale profits, but structure profits. It will continue to exist and go towards the direction of the green supply chain management within a certain time, which is in keeping with the actual situation of the current food industry.
