The development of manufacturing industry has contributed greatly to the booming development of the Chinese economy and the improvement of the people's material and cultural level,which is the main industry of our country.However,compared with the advanced industrialized countries,China's manufacturing industry still has a long way to go,and we still need a lot of time to strengthen the development of the manufacturing sector and raise the level of manufacturing to supplement the gap.To make up for this gap,we must recognize that every enterprise in the manufacturing industry plays a role in the economic activities,recognizing each micro enterprises through the production and business activities,not only to create and realize the wealth of the enterprise in the competition,but also advanced technology and advanced production tools of positive adopters and manufacturer.Not only determines the development of the market economy,but also determines the vitality and vitality of China's social and economic activities.As the core of enterprise management,managers have great influence on the system construction and management practice.Management changes frequently in the management team,"a flash in the pan",the term is even less than a year,is very bad for the health rapid development of the enterprise.The turnover of managers not only affect the performance of the company,increase the cost and risk of the shareholders,but also seriously affect the healthy and sustainable development of China's capital marketFor managers to leave,many scholars from the entire top management team,from the perspective of the characteristics of the population to explain that the turnover of managers affected by the characteristics of the population.But demographic characteristics are only part of the manager's background.In order to examine the characteristics of management more comprehensively,this paper combines the characteristics of managers' ability and personality.The manager's background is used to predict the job life of the manager,that is,the manager's tenure in his position under reasonable person post matching.Taking into account the position of managers there is a certain job requirements,the use of gray correlation method to match the background characteristics of managers and job requirements.The matching coefficients between the two indexes are calculated,and make clear the importance of each index in the matching,and put forward some suggestions to extend the bit life based on this.Then,the matching coefficient is used to get the matching degree,Based on the calculation results of the matching degree for several years,the grey prediction method is used to predict the future matching degree between the manager and the management post,to predict the managers' jobs in life.The innovation of this paper lies in: in the selection of managers' background characteristics index,not only on the basis of the age,education,title and other demographic characteristics,will be knowledge,ability of background characteristics were taken into account.The managerial background characteristics more comprehensively,improve the scientific research.In order to make better use of small scale data characteristics,grey relational method is used to calculate the matching between managers' background characteristics and management positions;and based on the matching degree to predict the job life of managers,it provides a new idea for the determination of the post life span of managers.
