The Influence Of Technology Acquisition Mode On Innovation Performance

In the era of information technology,the innovation resources of organization lie on the creation and acquisition of new information and technology.While both the internal acquisition mode and the external access mode can obtain new information and new technology to generate innovation.How to effectively optimize the allocation of internal and external technical resources to form the biggest advantage is affected by the absorption capacity.From the perspective of organizational learning,this paper aimed to analyze how absorption capacity affect the organization to acquire and maintain competitive advantage.Absorptive capacity is the basic ability of the organization,its level will affect other aspects of the enterprise changes.This paper takes the high-tech industry which leads technology development and innovation as the research object.First,through the summary and review of the related research on technology acquisition mode,absorptive capacity,the high-tech industry,comb the development status and existing problems of the high-tech industry;Secondly,investigate the impact of innovation resources investment on innovation performance from two aspects of internal and external technology acquisition and discusses the influence of different technology acquisition mode on innovation performance with the moderating role of absorptive capability;Finally,by constructing the C-D production model and using the multiple regression method,research the relationship between technology acquisition models;the different technology acquisition mode on innovation performance of high-tech industry and the influence of different technology acquisition mode on innovation performance with the moderating role of absorptive capability.It is concluded that there is a complementary effect between the internal and external technology acquisition;the internal technology acquisition and absorptive capacity have a significant effect on innovation performance;Absorptive capacity has significant positive moderating effect on the relationship between external technology acquisition and innovation performance,and it has no significant effect on domestic technology acquisition and innovation performance.To sum up,this article attempts to contribute to the future research on the technology acquisition mode,absorptive capacity and the high-tech industry.According to the conclusion,the following countermeasures and suggestions are as follows: in the long term,the impact of internal R&D activities on innovation efficiency is sustainable,we must strive to improve our independent R&D investment.we should pay more attention to the promotion of the role of external technology especially of the introduction of foreign advanced technology than focusing on internal R&D activities.In particular,the introduction of foreign advanced technology.
