Sustainable Development Capacity Research Of Small And Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises In The Pearl River Delta Area

This paper analyzes on management environment based on some dominant and uncertain factors,such as the super competition,the diversification of the main competition,the dynamic competitive environment,the global financial crisis,the information and network as representation of the knowledge economy competition,as well as factors of the economic and trade,legal environment and the market factor. First of all,from the concept of enterprise sustainable development capability,the paper summers up related theories such as the theory of competitive advantage,the theory of enterprise capacity,the "three links" - the value chain,supply chain and industrial chain. Secondly,by the inherent mechanism research between entrepreneurs ability,business capabilities,business performance and competitive advantage,and by the internal mechanism research on "three links",the paper rigorously and logically deduces the formation mechanism and model of the sustainable development capacity combined with the research on SMEs analysis of the characteristics of the Pearl River Delta.The model includes three modules-business strategy capabilities,corporate culture based mainly on core values and practice-based module based on the "three chain".The modules dynamically link,mutually complement,and then constitutes a complete analysis mechanism of sustainable mechanisms for capacity development;and from there factors the paper go ones the Practice-level research.These factors include the business model positioning based on the value chain,supply chain optimization and the embedded model choice of the industry chain.Finally,Case studding according to the sustainable development competency model of enterprises,to begin applied research for the sustainable development competency of Haicheng cable Co.,Ltd from the practice,which focus on highlighting the practical significance of the theory.
