Research On Relations Between Supply Chain Governance Structure And Supply Chain Performance In Liaoning Equipment Manufacturing

With the development of the economy,the supply chain is becoming more and more important because its influence in the improvement of the enterprises competitiveness. The competitiveness between enterprises has changed to the supply chain. It is an inevitable trend that the supply chain union will instead of the single enterprise. The supply chain governance and improve the supply chain performance is the new direction of the enterprise management. The equipment manufacturing industry is the strategic industry of the national economy,which is also the most important part of upgrading the North-East Industrial Base. Although the industry in Liaoning Province has a great improvement,the ignore of supply chain governance restriction the improve of the industrial’s market competitiveness. So it is an urgent need to improve the supply chain performance by supply chain governance.The thesis takes the equipment manufacturing industry cluster in Liaoning Province as the research object, focusing on the analysis of the formal-based governance and relational-based governance based on the theory such as transaction cost and supply chain. Researching the best governance way to improve the supply chain performance with the different supply chain flexible. Building an theoretical model and collecting lots of data, using the empirical results to test the validity of the model.The paper conclusion is as follows: Firstly,relational-based governance can direct proportion to improve the supply chain performance. Secondly, formal-based governance can direct proportion to improve the supply chain performance. Thirdly,Under different supply chain flexible,different governance has different influence to the supply chain performance.The greater the supply chain flexible,the more direct proportion by relational-based governance.The smaller the supply chain flexible,the more direct proportion by formal-based governance.The suggestion based on this paper can help enterprise to choose the right supply chain governance.This research is aimed to improve the supply chain performance of the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province.
