Research On Development Strategy Of Russia's Far East Advanced Development Zone

In 2014,President Putin proposed the construction plan of the Far East Super-front Development Area,which is of great significance for developing the economy in the Far East and accelerating the integration of Russia into the Asia-Pacific economic system.The construction and development of the super-front development zone in the Far East is not only in line with the needs of the people of the country,but also the new strategic approach proposed by Russia in order to get rid of the plight of the economic development,especially for the promotion of the economic cooperation exchange between the two countries.But in the process of the development of the super-front development area in the Far East,the environment in the Far East is very complex,and is affected by many factors such as the weak economic base,and the Far East of Russia The advanced development area is still facing many development problems,so it is of positive significance to further strengthen the analysis and research in this respect in order to promote the construction and development level of the far East advanced development area and thus promote its own development ability.Based on this,this paper uses many methods,such as literature survey method and qualitative analysis method,to study the development of advanced development area in the far east of Russia.This paper first analyzes the background and significance of the research,and summarizes the current research situation of domestic and foreign scholars in this field,which lays the foundation for this analysis.Then it expounds the basic concepts involved in the article and related basic theories,focuses on understanding the basic situation of the far east advanced development area,and discusses the characteristics of the far east economic development.Then the SWOT and PEST analysis are carried out on the far east advanced development area to understand the international situation and market situation of the far east advanced development area,and then point out the far east advanced development area the problems faced in the development process of the development area and the causes of the problems.Finally,from the five aspects of infrastructure construction,legal system construction,economic level and social level to find a strategic study to promote the development of the far east advanced development area.Through the analysis of the development strategy of the far east advanced development area,we find that there are still many problems in the development process.In view of the current shortcomings,the far east advanced development area should increase the construction of infrastructure and medical facilities,and create a good policy environment by perfecting the policy law and intensive management work.At the same time,we should actively do a good job in the economic guidance and market guidance role,in the supply of land resources and public opinion guidance also need to pay attention to,through the establishment of advanced development area think tank,the establishment of advanced development area talent base,strengthen professional training efforts to promote the development of the development of the far east advanced development area.
