Research On The Development Of Rural Tourism In Qingshan Village, Laoshan District, Qingdao City From The Perspective Of Vernacularity

In recent years,more and more tourists have traveled to the countryside to experience different life and experience different natural scenery.As an important industry for generating and increasing income in rural areas,all parts of the country are actively developing rural tourism.However,in the actual development process of rural tourism,both rural tour operators and policy leaders have ignored the rural nature of the village to a certain extent,blindly pursued economic benefits,and lacked scientific planning and design,resulting in the emergence of In view of the uniformity of rural tourism and the appearance of thousands of villages,the destruction of traditional local culture and the lack of stamina for rural tourism development further highlights the important role of locality in the development of local tourism.As the inner vein of rural development inheritance,the protection of locality is indispensable for improving the level of rural tourism development.It has become an urgent task for the sustainable development of rural tourism.This paper selects Qingshan Village,Laoshan District,Qingdao,which has typical local characteristics,as a case study site.Qingshan Village is adjacent to Laoshan Scenic Area.It has outstanding mountain and sea resources and has a long history of fishing and farming.It has the resource and geographical advantages for developing rural tourism.However,in recent years,the development of rural tourism has not been smooth.This article uses questionnaires and interviews to conduct a field survey of Qingshan Village,and analyzes the current problems of rural tourism development in Qingshan Village: insufficient locality of tourism products,fragmentation of tourism products,unclear positioning of tourism development,and foreign investors' Impact of culture,etc.Based on the local perspective,this paper further analyzes the vernacular resources of Qingshan Village and refines the vernacular characteristics of Qingshan Village with "fishing","dao" and "tea" as its core.Combining the development actuality and local characteristics of Qingshan Village,this paper proposes development strategies such as creating a local environment,strengthening scientific guidance and support,and enhancing tourism services and products.
