Presenteeism is a kind of behavior that feels sick in the body,but still insists on working.Presenteeism will cause "double losses" between enterprises and employees(Li Liuqing,2018).It is very important to explore the mechanism of employees' presenteeism.Leadership,as the core of an enterprise,is an important factor affecting employees' psychology and behavior.Nowadays,the study of presenteeism mostly comes from the West.As the reflection of Chinese traditional values,traditionalism is considered as a concept that best reflects the orientation of Chinese traditional values(Wu longzeng,Liu Jun,Liu Gang,2009).What is the impact of traditionalism on Presenteeism.This study builds a regulated mediation model based on the authority relationship model and social cognition theory.The main purpose is to explore the impact of paternalistic leadership,perceived insider status and tradition on presenteeism,and perceived insider status and tradition.Mechanisms and conditions in the impact of paternalistic leadership on presenteeism.In this study,a paternalistic leadership three-dimensional questionnaire,an perceived insider status scale,a traditionality scale,and an presenteeismal scale were used for the survey.A total of 599 employees of private production enterprises in Anhui Province were asked for valid questionnaires.correlation analysis,regression analysis,PROCESS analysis and other statistical methods are used to process the data,examining the current status and relationships of paternalistic leadership,perceived insider status,traditionality and presenteeisms of employees.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)There are significant differences in private enterprise employee paternalistic leadership,perceived insider status,traditionality,and presenteeism in different genders,ages,education levels,years of employment,positions,physical health,and how easy it is for companies to take leave.(2)The benevolent leadership and moral leadership in private enterprise employee paternalistic leadership were significantly negatively correlated with presenteeism;authoritarian leadership was significantly positively correlated with presenteeism;perceived insider status was significantly negatively correlated with presenteeism.(3)Patriarchal leadership of private enterprise employees can significantly predict presenteeism.Benevolent and moral leaders can significantly predict presenteeism,authoritarian leaders can significantly predict presenteeism.Perceived insider status can significantly negatively predict presenteeism.(4)Perceived insider status plays an intermediary role between paternalistic leadership and presenteeism of private enterprise employees,and it fully mediates in benevolent leadership and presenteeism;in virtue,authoritarian leadership,and presenteeism partial intermediary role.(5)The influence of private enterprise employee's perceived insider status on presenteeism is regulated by traditionality methods.
