An Empirical Study On The Realization Mechanism Of Taobao Village Ecosystem Under The Background Of Internet

With the transformation and upgrading of Taobao village,it is more difficult for entrepreneurs to enter Taobao village.Taobao village has shown obvious ecological characteristics.The development of Taobao village ecosystem has brought profound changes to agricultural production mode,rural life style,farmers' thinking mode and values,and has become a new force affecting the development of rural economy.It is of great significance to study the realization mechanism of Taobao village ecosystem for the sustainable development of Taobao village ecosystem.At present,the research content of Taobao village has been very rich,but the existing research mainly focuses on the formation motivation,development mode,industrial cluster and spatial characteristics of Taobao village,and most of them are case studies,but few scholars carry out research on Taobao village from the ecological perspective.This paper will study the realization mechanism of Taobao village ecosystem under the background of Internet,analyze the influencing factors and realization process of Taobao village ecosystem in the process of realization,and provide theoretical reference for entrepreneurs' guidance and managers.Through reading a lot of relevant literature and combining the dynamic characteristics,realization process and model innovation in the development process of Taobao village,this paper finds out that in the context of commodity globalization,the cost,service and innovation requirements of innovation and entrepreneurship are greatly increased due to the increased difficulty of replication of entrepreneurship and operation mode in Taobao village,and whether the ecosystem of Taobao village has a longer life cycle is a value Questions to explore.Therefore,this paper uses grounded theory research method to analyze the interview data of entrepreneurs in Taobao village,uses nvivo11 coding tool to carry out three-level coding and saturation test on the interview data,and constructs the realization of Taobao village ecosystem including seven dimensions of social capital,talent capital,innovation ability,resource integration,industrial supporting,business performance and social benefit Mechanism model.This model reveals the connotation of Taobao Village Development Mechanism in the ecological context,and finds out the important factors in the realization of Taobao village ecosystem.In order to verify the accuracy of the theoretical model,this paper selects the entrepreneurs in Taobao platform as the survey object,andcarries out a questionnaire survey through the "Wangwang" communication platform,and then selects and processes the obtained data to carry out the actual implementationCertificate research.Based on the relevant literature,this paper adjusts the variable measurement scale,uses SPSS 25.0 and Amos 25.0 to test small samples and puts forward relevant hypotheses.After descriptive analysis,reliability and validity analysis,and confirmatory factor analysis of effective samples,the model is evaluated and modified according to the analysis results.Finally,based on the results of the study,the corresponding conclusions are drawn,trying to provide thinking for the sustainable development of Taobao village and entrepreneurs from the macro level to understand the development process of e-commerce market in Taobao village ecosystem.
