Research On Cultivating New Driving Force Of Northeast Old Industrial Base

The importance of revitalizing northeast old industrial base is self-evident,but the key lies in "people".Based on this,the idea of this study is that the key to revitalizing the old industrial bases in northeast China is to promote the conversion of old and new driving forces,and the key to promoting the conversion of old and new driving forces is to cultivate the subjectivity of the new driving forces in the old industrial bases in Northeast China.This research not only has the theoretical significance of expanding the subject philosophy field,but also has the practical significance for the northeast old industrial base to cultivate the new driving force and formulate the science and technology policy.By reviewing the development process of northeast old industrial base revitalization,this study summarizes the achievements of the previous round of revitalization and development,and at the same time,focuses on summarizing and exploring the subject issues restricting northeast revitalization from the perspective of philosophy.Through the successful practice analysis of Shandong Province and Dalian Guangyang Technology Group to carry out the conversion of old and new driving forces,as well as the analysis of the specific field of subjectivity characteristics of the United States,Japan,Germany,and then summarize the northeast revitalization in the development of government,enterprises lack of reform,innovation,market and other spirit of subjectivity.On the basis of comprehensive subjective philosophy,political economy,business management and other disciplines,the subjectivity characteristic of cultivating new driving force in the old industrial base of northeast China is revealed,that is,self-oriented innovation,environment-oriented adaptability,and future-oriented transcendence.To be innovative means to have a clear understanding of oneself,take the initiative to reform and innovate,and have the courage to break the old system that restricts the development of productive forces.Adaptability means to quickly adapt to the rapidly changing international and domestic new situation,and to adapt to the new trend and new environment in ideology,technological innovation and talent training.Transcendence means having a strategic and long-term vision,and having an innovative and forward-looking development plan for the future.In the new period,facing the open national policy support,a new round of the revitalization of northeast Asia,regional coordinated development of the new situation,development advantages,such as the revitalization of cafta construction elements,northeast area the government should play a further system reform,industry planning,business service consciousness and opening consciousness of subjectivity,enterprises should further strengthen the awareness of market-oriented,science and technology innovation,product quality and talent management consciousness of subjectivity.Withthe full play of the dual subjectivity of the government and enterprises,a new leap forward has been made in the revitalization and development of northeast China.
