Research On Site Management Of Aerospace Reliability Company Of Beijing Testing Center

For enterprise management,its core work is site management,but there are some difficulties in improving and perfecting site management.As we all know,a well-organized work site has the following advantages: improving work efficiency,providing security for work,strengthening staff working environment,optimizing work style and ensuring customers' recognition of the company.Field star evaluation is the evaluation standard of field management.With the continuous development and progress of The Times,this standard has been formally introduced into China,and has been proved and practiced in the field of service and manufacturing.This paper is effectively combined with the basic theory of on-site management,and analyzes four major problems such as insufficient customer identification,improvement of staff quality,optimization of test service process,on-site visual management and 6S in the Aerospace Ruilai Beijing Testing and Testing Center.Using literature research,case studies,and realistic observations,the actual situation of the on-site management of the Beijing Testing and Testing Center was investigated.Based on the customer-centered,efficiency and efficiency,time saving,optimized beat and resource saving(“One Heart,Two Effect,Three Sections”)on-site management requirements,combined with the characteristics of the Beijing Test and Testing Center test site,the on-site management improvement strategy was proposed.And safeguard measures to optimize the on-site management strategy.The implementation of the measures will help improve the efficiency of the test service,enhance the customer's on-site experience,and further improve the on-site management level of the enterprise,with a view to providing a reference for the better development of the on-site management work of the Beijing Testing and Testing Center.
