The Reserch In Aged Providing Of Only Child Family In Sichuan Province Rural Area

China’s implementation of the family planning system has been carrying on for30years. Up to now,China, whose one-child number approached one hundred million, owns the most quantity of only child in the world. The system of family planning makes a big affection in China’s development and population controlling. However, as the development of the aging people, only child related issues will be a major hot spots of society."421" families face the pressure of providing for the aged, social security, child lonely problems more obviously. Especially in China’s rural areas, the rural one-child family increasing, labor shortages, left-behind children left-behind elderly increase, and traditional rural clan system mustn’t be ignored.On the background of our rural area only-child family aged providing, writer has visited some villages of Sichuan Province with looking up books, answer-sheet, watching etc. Take Leshan as an example, writer researched the aged providing problem of the only-child family in Sichuan Province rural area. Answer-sheet research last from June to Aug, amount to3months, sending250papers,and retrieving201papers, the operative paper rate is80.4%. Then, writer used SPSS to gather and analyse the datas, and summarize the problems of aged providing of only-child family in Sichuan Province rural area. Meanwhile, writer make suggestions on solving these problems combined with the policy and good experience.This paper mainly includes four matters.:the first is summarizing statement,the second is concepts and basic theory statement, the third is The research of the provide for the aged in rural only child family of Sichuan Province, the last one is the way to deal with the situation. After the research, writer found the problems of the provide for the aged in rural only child family of Sichuan Province. Those are the elders have a low level of income. It cannot supply the daily live and the outgoing of medical treatment. When the aged were sick or cannot take care of themselves, their only child has not enough time and strength to take care of their parents. The affection of government’s policy for medical treatment is not obvious. The aged always feel lonely, nobody stay with them. In regard to these problems, writer poses the following suggestion. Government must play a main role to establish a faultless policy of provide for the aged, including society providing, community providing, contribution, faultless policy of medical treatment, encouraging commerce insurance. Developing the agriculture with great exertion. Strengthening the culture of dutiful as children in the light of Chinese tradition. By these ways, we can better solve the aged providing problem of rural only child family of Sichuan Province.
