Under the background of information integration and economic globalization,the competition of all industries is becoming more and more intense,and the enterprises can adapt to the market economy environment,improve their competitiveness,and constantly explore the ways to improve the efficiency and performance.The power enterprise belongs to the large-scale state-owned monopoly industry,with the rapid development of the electric power industry,the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Under the situation that the electricity price is about to be competitive online,the enterprise continuously implements the performance management,but under the influence of its own nature,the performance management system is constructed and implemented,and there are many shortcomings.The implementation of power enterprise's performance management is not perfect system guarantee,in addition to the talent shortage and promotion,the reward and punishment mechanism is not perfect,leading to the management of enterprise propaganda and education can't be implemented effectively,The operation and management of thermal power enterprises are adversely affected.Based on this,this research takes National Energy Heze Power Generation Co.,Ltd.as the specific research object,analyzes the construction and application of performance management system of thermal power plant in China,provides reference for other thermal power generation enterprises with similar conditions in China,and promotes the improvement of performance management level of thermal power generation industry in China.First,analyze the background and significance of the research,clarify the main purpose of the research,collect and sort out the relevant research on the performance management system at home and abroad,summarize the current research status of the subject,and analyze the concepts and theories related to performance and performance management to lay a foundation for the subsequent research and analysis,Subsequently,National Energy Heze Power Generation Co.,Ltd.was taken as the object,This paper analyzes the human resource and performance management of the thermal power plant,points out the deficiency,on this basis,to the basic situation and the actual management level of the thermal power plant,to build the performance management system suitable for its development,and to analyze the implementation of the performance management system of the thermal power plant,Finally,the conclusion is drawn.
