The key element to ensure implementation of the corporate strategy is performance management; while above all, performance appraisal is the most important component of performance management.In the management of enterprise human resources, how to use an appropriate performance evaluation method which is suitable for the enterprise is related to the implementation of corporate vision and strategy, and even related to the company's success or failure.This paper chooses QQ Hotel as the study object, firstly introduces the background, signification and methods of performance appraisal research, then elaborates the contents as follows:giving a introduction about QQ Hotel's business circumstance, enterprise organizational structure and performance appraisal system; presenting the existing problems of the performance appraisal system in QQ Hotel through inducing and analyzing the survey of the hotel's running system in recent 3 years; starting with the hotel's corporate vision and strategy target, clarifying the basic thoughts of the performance appraisal system optimization, citing out the design principles of performance appraisal system; according to the critical incident method, setting up performance assessment indexes in terms of finance, customer relationship, internal controls and qualified personnel training matters, etc; giving an optimal design to the QQ Hotel's performance appraisal system and setting up an implementation safeguard measure system.
