JIANGSU XR E-VEHICLE CO.,LTD.is a private joint-stock company located in Wuxi City,Jiangsu Province.It is mainly engaged in the research,production and sales of electric vehicles.The company's key products are electric two-wheelers.It is one of the leading enterprises in the industry.Since the 1990 s,China's electric vehicle industry has gradually formed clusters of enterprises in Bohai Bay,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta.These enterprise clusters are an important force to promote the development of local regional economy,and also have an important interactive impact on the development of electric vehicle enterprises in them.The Wuxi electric two-wheelers enterprise cluster has developed rapidly based on its motorcycle manufacturing and other industrial foundations,now it is one of the three major clusters of electric vehicle enterprises in China.JIANGSU XR E-VEHICLE CO.,LTD.is rooted in The Wuxi electric two-wheelers enterprise cluster.The current situation and environment of the Enterprise Cluster is closely related to the development of the company.In recent years,the electric two-wheelers industry has encountered many bottlenecks.Sales slowed down gradually,market competition became more fierce.And there are other problems like homogeneous competition,cutthroat competition focused on low-price.China's national industrial policies also put forward the requirements of lightweight and classified management for electric vehicles.With the change of related policies and social development of electric vehicles,the external and internal environments JIANGSU XR E-VEHICLE CO.,LTD.faces have undergone tremendous changes.It also faces many choices in a series of links,such as company operation,product direction,marketing mode,etc.In order to seize the opportunity,strive for initiative and better develop itself and serve the society,JIANGSU XR E-VEHICLE CO.,LTD.urgently needs to formulate a suitable and feasible development strategy.This paper is mainly based on the theory and method of modern strategic management.Firstly,the author discusses the development of the electric vehicle industry and the sustainability of China's electric vehicle enterprise cluster.By using the PEST Model and Porter's Five Forces Model,this paper analyzes the company's external macro environment and competitive environment.Secondly,By using the Resource-Based View Theory,this paper analyzes the company's internal resource capability.Thirdly,based on the previous analysis,the development strategy of XR company is compared and designed with SWOT model.And the author recommend the best choice by using QSPM strategic evaluation matrix.Lastly,this paper makes a deep research on the measures of strategy implementation.According to previous research conclusion,This paper formulates the strategies for XR E-VEHICLE CO.,LTD.In terms of the implementation of the strategy.The current electric two-wheelers insdutry would have gradually turned to intelligent,networked,interconnected direction.Consumers would no longer be satisfied with the former products.Electric twowheelers need to constantly make break-through and innovate in order to cater to the new market demand and younger consumers.This will be a problem that the electric vehicle industry has to solve n the future.JIANGSU XR E-VEHICLE CO.,LTD.should strengthen technological innovation,vigorously implement product innovation strategy,focusing on the development of intelligent electric vehicles.And the company should also constantly develop new products,enhance product technology content,take the opportunity of the implementation of the new national standard to establish an intelligent and green brand image,and establish unique core competitive advantages of the brand.At the same time,it should further promote cooperation within the cluster,exploited overseas markets,carried out diversified business and entered the new energy electric vehicle market.To achieve thes goals,this paper puts forward specific measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy from the aspects of product quality strategy,service marketing strategy,vertical alliance strategy,business diversification strategy,etc.As many other companies in China suffers similar industry environment and competition structure,the analysis of strategy management of XR E-VEHICLE CO.,LTD may offer some assistance to other companies as well.
