The Study Of Influencing Factors On The Willingness To Participation In Mutual Support For The Aged In Heilongjiang

With the accelerated pace of urbanization in China,the aging of the population is typical,and the pension problem is concerned.In addition,a large number of rural labor transfer,inadequate coverage of social security and other issues,compared with the urban,the rural pension pressure is greater,and the rural pension problem is increasingly serious.Especially in Heilongjiang,the 2016 "China Social Insurance Development Annual Report 2016" pointed out that Heilongjiang became the first province in the country to have spent its pension balance.As one of the important ways to solve the problem of rural pension.Mutual pension can effectively alleviate the lack of pension resources,pension pressure and other issues.It is a hot topic,especially the research on the influencing factors of mutual pension participation intention.Therefore,exploring the influencing factors of mutual pension participation intention can further improve and perfect our country In order to promote the development of our country's pension,we should enrich the research content of the mutual aid pension model.In view of this,this study uses the literature method to analyze the current situation of the research on the influencing factors of the willingness to participate in mutual support for the aged at home and abroad.In the past,most researchers studied the influencing factors from demographic characteristics,behavior cognition,social support,incentive mechanism,and few researches explored the influence of the change of consumption behavior on the willingness to participate in mutual support for the aged in rural areas.Therefore,this study explored the influence of behavior cognition,consumption behavior,social support and integral incentive on the willingness of the elderly to participate in mutual support for the elderly in Heilongjiang Province.First of all,according to the welfare pluralism theory,Maslow's hierarchy demand theory and social exchange theory,the research has made the following assumptions:behavior cognition,consumption behavior,social support and integral incentive are positively related to the willingness to provide rural mutual pension;behavior cognition,consumption behavior,social support and integral incentive are positively related to the willingness to seek rural mutual pension.Secondly,we designed the questionnaire of"influencing factors of mutual aid for the elderly in rural areas of Heilongjiang Province",taking the elderly in rural areas of Heilongjiang Province as the research object,collected data through online survey,and collected 501 valid questionnaires.Using spss23.0 and amos20.0,this paper constructs the influencing factors path of Heilongjiang rural mutual pension,explores the influencing path of Heilongjiang rural elderly's willingness to participate in mutual pension,and verifies the hypothesis.The results show that:The factors that affect the willingness of the elderly to participate in mutual assistance and pension in Heilongjiang area are behavior cognition,integral incentive and social support;the factors that affect the willingness of the elderly to seek mutual assistance in Heilongjiang area are behavior cognition,consumption behavior,integral incentive and social support.Therefore,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the following four aspects:(1)increase the service supply and enhance the willingness to participate in mutual assistance for the elderly in Heilongjiang;(2)expand social support channels to facilitate the elderly to seek mutual assistance;(3)improve the system of mutual support for the elderly and enhance the willingness of the elderly to provide mutual assistance;(4)integrate service and volunteering to comprehensively promote Enter mutual assistance for the aged.In order to provide a research basis and a new perspective for the later theoretical exploration of the willingness of mutual support for the aged,and also hope to improve and perfect the rural mutual support for the aged through the new service mode explored.
