Study On The Coordinated Development Of Tourism And New Urbanization In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

New urbanization is not only the strategic direction of urbanization development in China,but also the main carrier of ecological civilization construction in the new era,which is related to the well-being of the people and the future of the nation.Tourism has the characteristics of strong industrial relevance,strong economic belt power,strong employment capacity and small pollution,which determine that tourism is an important force to promote the construction of new urbanization.The development of tourism can make the flow of information,capital,technology and resources flow to cities,promote industrial agglomeration,promote the employment of labor force,improve public service facilities,and accelerate the construction of new urbanization.On the contrary,urbanization is the carrier of tourism development,which provides guarantee for the development of tourism.The development of new urbanization constantly improves the six factors of "food,housing,transportation,tourism,shopping and entertainment" of tourism.There is an interdependent and mutually promoting relationship between tourism and new urbanization.It can be seen that promoting the coordinated development of tourism and new urbanization will become a new engine to drive regional economic growth and an inevitable choice to achieve sustainable development at this stage.The Yangtze River economic belt,as a booming area of urbanization in China,is also the first area of new urbanization.The development mode and experience of new urbanization is of great significance to explore the development path of new urbanization in China.The outline of the Yangtze River economic belt development plan requires that the Yangtze River economic belt be built into a leading demonstration belt for ecological civilization construction,an innovation driven belt for national transformation and development,an inland river economic beltwith global influence,and a coordinated development belt for interaction and cooperation between the East and the West.However,the internal economic development level of the Yangtze River economic belt is quite different,the urbanization process of the central and western regions lags behind,and the development of regional integration has not yet been realized.Under the macro background of China's economy entering the new normal,facing problems such as slow economic growth and industrial structure adjustment,it is particularly urgent to improve the supporting role of the Yangtze River economic belt.As the most promising service industry,the tourism industry is new As the inevitable road of future urban development,it is urgent to promote the coordinated development of tourism and new urbanization in the Yangtze River economic belt.Based on this,under the guidance of system theory,synergism and other related theories,combined with the research ideas and research paradigms of multiple disciplines,this paper follows the basic idea of "theoretical research empirical research countermeasure research",and launches the research framework of this paper.First of all,it systematically combs the research results and research methods of tourism,new urbanization and their coupling and coordinated development at home and abroad;secondly,it analyzes the basic connotation of tourism and new urbanization,analyzes the coupling mechanism of tourism and new urbanization,and lays the theoretical research foundation of the full text on the basis of system theory and synergy theory;thirdly,it constructs tourism and new urbanization The urbanization evaluation index system,using the comprehensive evaluation method,reveals the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of tourism and new urbanization in the Yangtze River Economic Belt in 2002-2017 from different perspectives such as the whole region,the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt,nine provinces and two cities;fourthly,build the coupling coordination model,and measure the coupling coordination level of tourism and new urbanization in different perspectives;finally,use the gray system The correlation analysis method identifies the leading factors of the coupling and coordination from each index level and subsystem level respectively,and puts forward corresponding control measures.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the connotation and characteristics of the new urbanization and ecological environment,the new urbanization is defined as five parts: population urbanization,economic urbanization,infrastructure and public services,ecologicalurbanization,and urban-rural integration,forming five subsystems of the new urbanization;the tourism industry is concreted into four parts: tourism market scale,tourism economic benefits,tourism employment absorption and tourism resource agglomeration On the one hand,it forms four subsystems of tourism.(2)The level of tourism development is mainly affected by tourism economic benefits,while the level of new urbanization is more dependent on Economic Urbanization and urban-rural integration.In the evaluation index system of tourism development level,the comprehensive weight of tourism economic benefit in the tourism economic benefit subsystem is 0.4105,which is the primary factor affecting the development of tourism;in the evaluation index system of new urbanization level,the comprehensive weight of Economic Urbanization and urban-rural overall planning subsystem are 0.2717 and 0.2285,respectively,which are the two aspects with the largest weight in the evaluation of new urbanization.(3)From 2002 to 2017,the level of tourism development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt gradually improved.In 2002,the average value of the comprehensive evaluation value of tourism development level of 11 provinces(cities)in the Yangtze River economic belt was 0.0368,up by 0.1474 in 2017,with an average growth rate of9.69%.From the perspective of space,the development level of tourism in the Yangtze River economic belt is characterized by cascade distribution in space.The downstream region is the region with the highest level of tourism development,followed by the upstream region,while the downstream region has the lowest level of tourism development,but there are also "highlands" in the upper reaches-Sichuan and "depressions" in the middle reaches-Jiangxi.With the passage of time,the gap between the development level of tourism between the upper,middle and lower reaches has gradually widened,and the gap between the development level of tourism in the inter provincial administrative region within the basin has also gradually widened,among which the difference between the development level of tourism in the lower reaches is the largest.(4)From 2002 to 2017,the level of new urbanization in the Yangtze River Economic Belt gradually increased.In 2002,the average value of the comprehensive evaluation of the new urbanization level of 11 provinces(cities)in the Yangtze River economic belt was 0.2747,which rose to 0.5400 in 2017,with an average growth rate of 4.61%.From the perspective of space,in the past 15 years,the comprehensive evaluation value of new urbanization in the Yangtze River economic belt has graduallyevolved from a low-level decentralized distribution pattern to a cascade distribution pattern that flows against the Yangtze River.From the perspective of river basins,the gap between the middle and lower reaches is gradually narrowing,the gap between the middle and upper reaches is gradually increasing,while the gap between the lower reaches and the upper reaches is relatively small.In addition,the internal difference between the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is gradually decreasing,and the internal difference between the upper reaches is gradually expanding,and the middle reaches is a relatively balanced region with new urbanization level.(5)From the point of view of the state of coupling and coordination,the degree of coupling and coordination between tourism and new urbanization in the Yangtze River economic belt is rising,and the type of coupling and coordination structure is gradually optimized,but generally speaking,the level of coupling and coordination between them is relatively low.In 2017,the coordinated development of tourism and new urbanization in the Yangtze River economic belt was 0.5780,which was in the stage of barely coordinated development.Among the 11 provinces(cities),only Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai entered the stage of primary coordinated development,while the rest provinces(cities)were in the stage of barely coordinated development.From the perspective of spatial evolution,the coupling coordination degree of tourism industry and new urbanization in the Yangtze River economic belt has gradually evolved from the distribution pattern of the lower middle upper reaches to the pattern of "continuous area" with the same level.(6)In the coupling and coordination relationship between new urbanization and ecological environment,new urbanization is the leading factor affecting the coupling and coordination relationship between the two,among which economic urbanization,population urbanization and infrastructure and public service three subsystems play a leading role in the coupling and coordination of the two,while tourism four subsystems have no difference in the impact of the coupling and coordination state.
