Research On The Spatial Distribution And Development Of Agritainments In Chongqing

With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,more and more urban residents choose to return to the countryside to relax.As the basic format of the rural tourism industry,the farmhouse industry is an important starting point for realizing the rural revitalization strategy.Agritainment resorts can truly transform "Lucid waters and lush mountains " into "gold mountains".Agritainment resorts has a significant role in coordinating urban and rural development and achieving precision poverty alleviation.The total amount of Chongqing's agritainments is very large,and the development speed of agritainment industry is also very rapid.Chongqing's rich rural tourism resources and unique folk culture also provide a good foundation for roul tourism's development.However,with the continuous deepening of practice,in the new era,the agritainment resorts are facing the problems of transformation.The rationality of the spatial distribution of agritainments is conducive to the optimal allocation of resources.In order to understand the spatial distribution characteristics of agritainments in Chongqing,and further analyze the different influencing factors of the agritainments' spatial layout,on the basis of the above research conclusions,finally provide development proposals for regional agritainments,this pape generally follows the research idea that: "find problems—propose problems—analysis problems—solve problems—put forward the development measures",this study is supported by big data acquisition technology,captured 3669 interest points of agritainments(POI)from Baidu map,use the above data to establish a agritainmentsspatial geographic database,in order to study the spatial distribution characteristics of agritainments from the perspectives of Chongqing and the four major districts,a variety of GIS spatial analysis and mathematical statistics methods were used,and further established a regression analysis model to analyze the main influencing factors of agritainments' spatial distribution,the spatial heterogeneity of the influence of each factor were visual displayed,the following conclusions were finally obtained:(1)There are significant differences in the number of farmhouse distribution among districts and counties in Chongqing,the majority of the numbers and the most comprehensive type distribution are located in the main urban area and Western Chongqing area,while the farmhouse in Southeast Chongqing area and Northeast Chongqing area is still at a low level of development.(2)In terms of spatial distribution type,Chongqing farmhouse belongs to agglomerative distribution.After calculation,the nearest index of farmhouse in Chongqing is R = 0.26,and the nearest index of farmhouse in each area is also less than 1,indicating that farmhouse is agglomerative from the perspective of the whole and sub areas.(3)In the aspect of spatial distribution equilibrium,the spatial distribution of farmhouse in Chongqing is significantly unbalanced.From the perspective of the whole,the unbalanced index of the spatial distribution of farmhouse in Chongqing is S = 0.326,Gini = 0.95.From the perspective of the part,the Gini coefficient of the distribution of farmhouse in the four areas is more than 0.6,which indicates that the spatial distribution of farmhouse is in an unbalanced state from the perspective of the whole and the sub areas.(4)In terms of spatial distribution pattern,Chongqing farmhouse shows a spatial pattern of "dense in the West and sparse in the East,multi center cluster distribution".Through the calculation of nuclear density: Generally speaking,taking the main urban area as the high-density core point,the core density circle of farmhouse spread out in most areas,preliminarily realizing the tourism development of the whole area;locally,the main urban area is the high-density core area of farmhouse,followed by the distribution density of farmhouse in Western Chongqing area,in addition,although there are many scattered farmhouse gathering centers in the southeast and northeast areas of Chongqing,blind spots in the distribution of farmhouse in these two areas still exist,which has great development space.(5)From the perspective of spatial autocorrelation,Chongqing farmhouse shows obvious spatial autocorrelation.The Moran's I = 0.29 > 0,indicating that it has a relatively obvious agglomeration trend in the region,instead of a scattered distribution status.(6)Through the establishment of the overall regression model and the local regression model,the analysis of the influencing factors of the spatial distribution of Chongqing farmhouse and the comparison with the parameters of OLS model and GWR Model show that GWR model has great advantages.Farmhouse in the main urban area and Western Chongqing area is mainly affected by the tourist market,regional economic level,natural ecological environment and per capita consumption level,while farmhouse in Southeast Chongqing area and Northeast Chongqing area is mainly affected by natural ecological environment,transportation conditions and tourism resource endowment.In conclusion,the contradiction of unbalanced spatial distribution and insufficient overall development of Chongqing's farmhouse exists objectively.In order to promote the transformation and development of farmhouse industry in the new era,it is suggested to make a strategic plan for the development of farmhouse industry from the general direction of "one core,one circle and two wings",and put forward four specific measures for the development of farmhouse: first,to broaden the channels of publicity and make rational use of the media;second,to strengthen policy and formulate relevant land planning.Third,to dig deep into the characteristics and develop industries according to local conditions.Fourth,to improve infrastructure and enhance the access conditions for transportation.
