Study On The Evaluation System Of Engineering Cost Management Of H Company

Since 2003,China has been opened to the world rapidly,which brings the booming of real estate industry.The monetary policy allows most real estate enterprises to gain a certain amount of development and wealth accumulation.In the past two years,in order to curb the excessively rapid growth of housing prices,the country began to further strengthen the macro-control policy,hence the number of real estate enterprises decreased,and the development began to be restricted.As an important part of modern enterprise management,cost management is very important in the development process of enterprises,and the target of cost management is often the overall management target of the whole construction project.Faced with increasingly strict national policies and fierce competition in the industry,the cost management of an enterprise is directly related to the economic interests of the enterprise and the final income situation.In the implementation of project management process,the enterprise must build a modern cost management system to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of market,the efficiency as well as the operation ability in the fierce market environment.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the influence factors of cost management of engineering projects.On the basis of literature research from the former scholars,this article will introduce the cost management of H company as breakthrough point,combining the theory of target cost management,total cost management theory,homework cost management theory,through expert interview and questionnaire and analysis on the main problems existing in project cost management of H company.In order to solve these problems,this article designed a cost management evaluation system.After consulting with experts and scoring,the indexes has been defined to seven first grade indexes and 28 secondary indexes,through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)analyzing the level of judgment matrix and calculate the target and sorted out.With the completion of the evaluation system,this paper chose two completed projects,D and L in H company and apply cost management system for inspection and to assess its execution effect.In the end of the process,it provides five suggestions on the cost management situation for H company to be used as reference for the same industry.
