With the dramatic changes in the external environment of enterprises, theimportance of knowledge innovation is growing with each passing days. However,the completion of knowledge innovation depends on the participation and cooperationof knowledge workers with Interdisciplinary and multi-field knowledge rather thandoing alone by one single person or enterprise. To maintain a competitive advantagein knowledge economical environment, A new innovativeorganization——collaborative knowledge innovation team is bound to be establishedby enterprises. The connotations of collaborative knowledge innovation team includethree levels: Cross-enterprise collaboration with horizontal and vertical organizationunits; Intersectional collaboration within enterprise and collaboration of the memberswithin the department team. But excitation is always a hot issue on the researches ofmanagement science, psychology, behavioral science and economics. It has become acurrently important issue to enterprises, which goal is to enhance their competitiveadvantages and their sustainable innovation and development, to know how toimplement effective incentive measures to play the collaborative advantages ofcollaborative knowledge innovation organization with a complex relationship, inorder to improve the efficiency of collaborative knowledge innovation by team.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects. Firstly, by theanalysis of the relevant research at home and abroad, the humanity hypothesis ofcollaborative knowledge innovation team and the member properties as well as theteam members’ knowledge innovation behaviors were analyzed. Secondly, under theguidance of collaborative knowledge innovation theory, team theory and incentivetheory, the incentive factors of collaborative knowledge innovation team wereexplored, the integration and classification analysis of them was carried out, andbased on this, the theoretical models of the influences of incentive factors and thebehaviors of collaborative knowledge innovation were built, and the researchhypotheses were proposed. Thirdly, the questionnaire was designed, the questionnairesurvey was conducted to the members of collaborative knowledge innovation team,and the reliabilities, validities of the questionnaires were analyzed, and then the theoretical models and assumptions were verified by the correlation analysis andregression analysis. The results show that several incentive factors summarized has apromoting effect on knowledge innovation behaviors. Fourthly, the new ideas, rulesand contingency factors to establish the new incentive mechanisms were analyzed,the incentive process model of three incentive factors of collaborative knowledgeinnovation team and the incentive mechanism model of collaborative knowledgeinnovation team were established, and then the incentive strategies based on growthand development, collaborative innovation culture, material conditions and workenvironments and so on were proposed, according to the incentive mechanism model.The main feature and innovation points of the paper lies in that the collaborativeknowledge innovation team is as the object of the research, From this new researchperspective, empirical analysis of the incentive factors of collaborative knowledgeinnovation team and the influences on knowledge innovation were carried out, andthe corresponding incentive strategies were proposed. The research contents of teamincentives were enriched, the reliable theory basis for improving knowledgeinnovation ability of the collaborative knowledge innovation team was supplied bythe results of this study. At the same time, It has an important practical significancefor guiding the effective management of the current domestic enterprises and theeffective development of collaborative knowledge innovation activities to theestablished incentive mechanisms of collaborative knowledge innovation team.
