The property management of our country has experienced more than 30 years development,has been relatively mature and perfect,at the same time,there have been many problems,mainly for the customer to the service which the property company provides is not satisfied,thus has caused the property dispute to occur from time to time.M Property Company,is the holding subsidiary of M Real Estate Group,focusing on residential property services,commercial property services,developer services,building intelligent services business.M Property Services Company in Guangzhou,Zhongshan,Foshan,Dongguan,Yangjiang,Qingyuan,Shaoguan,Zhaoqing,Meizhou,Baotou,Tianjin,Ordos,Sanya,Sichuan,Changsha,Yue-yang,Qinzhou and other 20 large and medium-sized cities.By the end of December 2019,M Property Company had 46 service projects,with a total take-over area of nearly 10,139,400 square meters,serving more than 60,000 families and employing more than 3,000 employees.In recent years,M Property Company invested a lot of manpower and material resources to enhance the Customer satisfaction,but the effect is not obvious.Therefore,this paper studies how to improve the Customer satisfaction of M Property Company,and hopes to play a certain role and effect in improving the Customer satisfaction of M Property Company.In order to fully understand the customer's satisfaction with the service of M Property Company,improve the service quality of various projects of M property company,and enhance the brand benefit of the company,this paper takes 46 projects of M property company as the research object,indepth investigation of the actual situation of various Customer satisfaction,through questionnaire survey,door-to-door and telephone interviews,this paper analyzes the current situation of the Customer satisfaction of M Property Company in order to get the strategies of the Customer satisfaction promotion of M property company,to enhance the overall service level of the M Property Management Company.Firstly,this paper summarizes the background,purpose and significance of the research,based on this,the paper puts forward the research ideas,research methods,research content and technical route.Secondly,on the basis of reviewing the theories of Customer satisfaction and property management,this paper introduces the research object of M Property Company.Through expert interview,the customer satisfaction evaluation index of M Property Company is determined,to provide a basis for later customer satisfaction.Thirdly,according to the specific situation of M Property Company,we design and improve the customer satisfaction questionnaire,and conduct a customer satisfaction survey with the method of telephone interview in random sampling,statistical calculation M Property Company overall satisfaction,the satisfaction of the project,the satisfaction of the basic service indicators results.On this basis,comparing the industry average and industry benchmark customer satisfaction data,to find the M Property Company customer satisfaction gap.Finally,according to the results of the survey,find out the common problems in the daily management of M Property Company,put forward the customer satisfaction of M Property Company.
