With the rapid development of China's market economy,market competition is increasingly intense,the cost of raw materials,labor,logistics etc.is going up continuously.Customer needs also shift to high-quality,low price,product diversification and faster product service,which makes manufacturing enterprises' profit space become smaller,and living pressure become larger.In order to better meet the needs of the market and customers,and keep good competitiveness in the severe market competition,manufacturing enterprises need to combine their own abilities with the current technical environment,continue to optimize their production process,method of production management,gradually improve the product quality,and reduce the unit cost.Firstly,through the analysis of the development status of lean production home and abroad,this essay points out all kinds of wasting phenomenon and the drawbacks in production management existing in the traditional mode of production,at the same time shows the advantage brought by lean production as advanced management methods,lean production management has become the first choice in both domestic and foreign enterprises;taking Ador company as the research background,by using SWOT analysis method,this essay points out the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats currently faced by enterprises,and according to the analysis,it points out that the application of lean production expands business advantages as well as compensates for the shortcomings of enterprise,seizes the opportunity and eliminates the threat to open up a new prospect for the development of enterprises;then with the help of value stream map,deeply analyzes the production management status of Ador company,states the present problems in products lead-times,production process and quality management etc.,and the negative impact of these problems on the development of the company,analyzes the problems and puts forward the corresponding solutions and plans by lean tools,resolving the existing problems and designing horizontal promotion scheme to ensure the leantransformation of the whole company.At last,this essay elaborates the implementation plan,guarantee and evaluation system of lean production.Lean production is a mature production management method,but the exact situation and culture of different enterprises are different,only under the instruction of lean production theory,combining the situations of enterprises we can get achievements.Besides,lean production needs full participation,especially in the process of promoting and implementing,so that employees have a better understanding of their work,know how to do a better job.If only all employees actively participate in the lean production activities,lean production management will become company's culture and core competitiveness.Finally,lean production is a continuous improvement process,enterprises need to implement lean transformation plan completely and follow the prescribed order execution in order to achieve the final success.
