Material scheduling is an important guarantee for discrete manufacturing to achieve smooth production.Company E is a discrete manufacturing enterprise that produces railway products.The sudden rise of the high-speed rail industry has caused the company's product demand to increase greatly.At this time,improving the efficiency of material scheduling has become the most urgent task for enterprises to improve market competitiveness.An example application of SITPDC(Select Investigate Target Plan Do Check)value stream analysis and improvement model at company E,combined with the actual production status,with the goal of improving the efficiency of material scheduling,from the aspects of macro material transportation route optimization and micro material scheduling The research on the efficiency of material scheduling has been carried out.Establish the SITPDC value stream analysis and improvement model,which can comprehensively and comprehensively analyze the value flow relationship between various activities of the enterprise's production system,identify waste in the operation process from the customer's perspective,and shift the lean improvement process from empirical subjective decision-making to systematic analysis decision making.In terms of macro material transportation path optimization,in order to allocate transportation resources rationally and reduce transportation time,the minimum total time in each stage is used as the objective function,the constraints of lane conditions,intersections,and other constraints are defined.A mixed integer programming model is established,and a multi-group genetic algorithm is introduced to solve.Carry out performance comparison test with single-population genetic algorithm,and carry out simulation application of multi-batch material transportation route optimization of Company E.The results show that the application of the model and algorithm has high reliability for shortening the minimum feasible delivery time limit of the macro material scheduling system,and provides a new idea for the optimization and decision-making of macro material scheduling transportation operations.In terms of micro-material scheduling,in order to improve the timeliness and accuracy of the transmission of material demand signals,a material scheduling improvement technology based on the double-box pull theory is proposed to assist enterprises in micro-material scheduling lean improvement and decision-making,and balance production lines,production line layout,Lean improvement methods such as double box pulling have been successfully applied to the lean improvement process of E company's AX product assembly line.The result proves that the micro-material scheduling strategy can effectively improve the timeliness and accuracy of the transmission of material demand signals,which enriches the cases of material scheduling improvement in discrete manufacturing enterprises.
