At present,China's national defense and army building are in a new strategic transformation period.In the face of major changes in the national security environment and the requirements of the times for strengthening the country and the army,we must comprehensively deepen the reform of the national defense science and technology industry and promote the deep development of military-civilian integration.Military industrial enterprises have entered an important period of transformation.On the premise of completing the national mandated tasks,they are gradually integrated into the construction of the national economy and transformed into a market economy.Facing the new situation,one of the most important tasks for military industrial enterprises to win the competition and achieve leapfrog development is to formulate and implement a series of development strategies and supporting financial strategies suitable for them.During the implementation of the financial strategy,the financial strategy may not achieve the expected results due to internal and external environmental changes and insufficient corporate management capabilities,which directly affects the realization of the development strategy of military industrial enterprises.This article takes the implementation effect of military company A's financial strategy as the research object,and focuses on identifying and assessing the risk points that cause the implementation of military company's financial strategy to fail to achieve results.First,the related research and theory of financial strategic management are summarized,and then the positioning and current status of Company A's development strategy and financial strategy are introduced.Then,using the environmental scanning method and SWOT analysis,an in-depth analysis of the internal and external environment of Company A was conducted to identify its financial strategy implementation risks,including strategic direction risks,fund management risks,financial management and control risks,and financial capability assurance and development risks.Establish a company A's financial strategy implementation risk indicator system,and use the efficiency coefficient method to evaluate the risk level,and clarify the different degrees of risk in the implementation of its financial strategy.Finally,in view of the assessed risks,suggestions were made from three aspects: capital management risk prevention,financial strategy control risk prevention,capability guarantee,and development risk prevention,which provided references for the implementation of financial strategies for other military enterprises.
