Study On The Rural Poverty Alleviation Model In Tiandong County From The Perspective Of County Economy

China is a large agricultural country.Realizing rural prosperity is the key task and important content of building a well-off society and moving towards modernization in an all-round way,and is the basis for realizing the great rejuvenation of the C hinese nation.At present,rural poverty alleviation is still one of the focuses of the Chinese Communist Party(CCP)and the government.Getting rid of poverty is the base and premise of rural rejuvenation,and rural rejuvenation is the consolidation and deepening of poverty alleviation.To get this goal,the Party Central Committee and the State Council put forward the“implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization”,emphasizing precise poverty alleviation,to ensure accurate poverty relief.The study o f rural poverty alleviation model is of great significance to guide the accurate poverty alleviation,especially are instructively important for rural revitalization in the post-poverty era as well.County economy is the economy of urban and rural integration,which is a typical combination of macro-economy and micro-economy,and is an important carrier of new industrialization and urbanization in our country.County economy plays a very important and key role in the development of national economy.At present,the county economy already accounts for half of the total national economy of our country.The development of the county economy itself is the process to improve the living standard of the whole people.It also provides a solid material basis for concentrating efforts to solve the problem of rural poverty.We should give full play to the guiding and driving role of local governments in the county economy,strongly support some leading industries,make full use of the market mechanism to allocate resources inside and outside the county,rationally adjust the industrial structure at the county level,establish a rational urbanization system,earnestly promote the development of the county economy,and provide economic impetus and guarantee for the rural areas to get rid of poverty.County Economy in poverty-stricken areas is a combination of poverty and county economy.By combining general analysis and individual analysis,this paper studies the characteristics of poverty-stricken areas and provides some guidance for the development of county economy in poverty-stricken areasBased on the spot investigation of Tiandong County,Baise C ity,Guangxi Province,we analyzed some experience of county economic development and poverty alleviation model selection since the implementation of poverty alleviation policy,and summarized Tiandong mode of the poverty alleviation with local characteristics.In the process of poverty alleviation and developing the county economy,Tiandong county continuously strengthens the economic strength and investment attraction,and improves the government finance and the income of the residents through the ‘three major campaigns' of strong industrial county and new urbanization and by strengthening the ‘one major guarantee' of overall strict governance of the party.During the process of poverty alleviation,the implementation of the specific models such as ‘party construction +',‘reformation +',‘‘sed on the spot investigation of Tiandong County,Baise C ity,Guangxi Province,we analyzed some experience of county economic development and poverty alleviation model selection since the implementation of poverty alliation process in Tiandong county and related tasks in the post-poverty era,the author puts forward some policy suggestions on ho w to promote poverty reduction in poor counties via further development of county economy.
