Research On The Connection Between The Achievements Of Civil Rights Poverty Alleviation And Rural Revitalization

China has focused on poverty alleviation since the establishment of the People’s Republic of China.In 2020,China achieved its poverty alleviation campaign,accomplishing the first centenary goal of the Chinese people.Currently,China is at the intersection of two major strategies: rural revitalization and poverty alleviation.In 2023,the Central Document No.1 will be released,emphasizing the need to stabilize the production and supply of grain and important agricultural products,strengthen agricultural infrastructure,consolidate and expand poverty alleviation results,and promote high-quality development of industries.This article focuses on Minquan County and examines the link between rural revitalization and poverty alleviation achievements.Through literature review,field research,and empirical analysis,the thesis establishes an evaluation index system for poverty alleviation and rural revitalization at a macro level.The thesis uses the entropy method and coupled coordination degree model to conduct empirical analysis on the coupling status of rural revitalization and poverty alleviation achievements in Minquan County.Finally,the thesis offers policy recommendations to promote the effective connection between rural revitalization achievements and poverty alleviation in Minquan County.The empirical results show that from 2011 to 2020,the coupling degree of the connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Minquan County transitioned from the antagonistic coupling stage to the grinding coupling stage,with a coupled coordination degree of 0.44-0.53.Of the 17 townships in Minquan County,two townships are in the primary coordination state,and the remaining townships are in the barely coordinated state.This article suggests that to strengthen the connection between rural revitalization and poverty alleviation achievements in Minquan County,it is necessary to focus on achieving balanced development across various dimensions of the two major strategies.This can be accomplished by continuously enhancing industry,talent,system,culture,and ecological security mechanisms.
