Interorganizational Learning and enterprise innovation performance is a great important theme which the current management community attaches to.With the further development of the world economy and globalization,enterprises pay more attention to the key role which innovation plays to the development of the enterprises.In the pluralistic society,realizing innovation needs better integrating and dealing with information,so how to use the development of information technology to realize the transformation of the knowledge to the enterprise innovation performance has become an important issue.Therefore,to explore the influence of interorganizational Learning on innovation performance from the perspective of information technology capability has critical research value.According to previous literature,this study is based on the resource based view and theory of complementary resources,discusses the interorganizational learning effects on the enterprise innovation performance,and test the boundary effect of information technology capability and its four dimensions which are human resources information technology,information technology relationship assets,information technology system practices and information technology facilities.This study used a questionnaire survey to obtain research data and aimed to solve three main research questions.The first is aimed to explore the effect between interorganizational learning and enterprise innovation performance.The second is to explore whether information technology capability plays a role of mediation in the process of interorganizational learning affecting enterprise innovation performance.The third is to find whether four dimensions of information technology capability play a role of mediation in the process of interorganizational learning affecting enterprise innovation performance.Through data analysis of the above three studies,we come to the conclusions as follows:(1)interorganizational learning has significant positive effects on enterprise innovation performance;(2)interorganizational learning has a direct positive impact on the information technology capability and its four dimensions;(3)information technology capability and its four dimensions has a significant positive effect on enterprise innovation performance;(4)information technology capability and its four dimensions play a intermediary role in the influence of interorganizational learning on enterprise innovation performance.To sum up,the conclusion of this study not only helps scholars and practitioners understand the relationship between learning and enterprise innovation performance better,but also provides some enlightenment for the enterprises to enhance interorganizational learning and information technology capability.By this way enterprises can adopt interorganizational learning which needs low cost but gives high return as a way to improve the level of innovation and use advanced information technology ability to dig the competitive advantage in the process of economic globalization which can help the enterprises realize the goal of efficient operation for a long time.So the enterprises can avoid only paying attention to their own development while ignore the learning and exchanges with their stakeholders,and prevent they pay excessive attention to the imitation of information technology hardware which may cause the waste of funds and the lag of ability training.
