The Empirical Study On Mechanism Of Innovation And Learning Affecting Technological Capability And Entrepreneurial Performance In High Technology Firms

High technique industry has been fast developed such as biotechnology and information technology since 21 century. High technique industry is important for industry structure, national and regional comprehensive competitiveness. Technology is core for high technique industry. High technique industry consumes less resource, enhances economic development efficiency and promote economic transition. High technology firm’s entrepreneurship is critical pattern of realizing rapid development. High technology firm’s entrepreneurship is important for country, industry and firms. High technology firm’s entrepreneurship is necessary choice for Chinese economic development.The study build theory model based entrepreneurial theory, innovation theory, learning theory include innovation orientation, learning orientation, entrepreneurial learning, technological capability, policy support, market orientation and entrepreneurial performance. The study analyze how enhance technological capability and entrepreneurial performance for high technology firms.The study acquire data through questionnaire survey based theory model. We analyze the data in order to test hypothesis. We acquire some result:(1) Innovation orientation affects learning orientation and learning orientation affects innovation orientation. Innovation orientation and learning orientation affect entrepreneurial learning. Entrepreneurial learning affects technological capability. Technological capability affects entrepreneurial performance.(2) Technological capability mediate the relationship between innovation orientation and entrepreneurial performance. Technological capability mediate the relationship between learning orientation and entrepreneurial performance. Technological capability mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance.(3) Entrepreneurial learning mediate the relatio nship between innovation orientation and technological capability. Entrepreneurial learning mediate the relationship between learning orientation and technological capability. Technological capability affecting entrepreneurial performance is stronger when policy support is higher.The paper realize four research innovation:(1) Technological capability is important for High Technology Firm building competitive advantage. Technological capability has mediating role between innovation orientation and entrepreneurial performance, learning orientation and entrepreneurial performance, entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance. High Technology Firm should enhance technological capability for improving entrepreneurial performance.(2) Entrepreneurial learning has mediating role between innovation orientation and technological capability, learning orientation and technological capability, innovation orientation and entrepreneurial performance, learning orientation and entrepreneurial performance. Entrepreneurial learning is important for improving technological capability and entrepreneurial performance. High Technology Firm should continually learn in order to adapt environmental complexity and technology development.(3) Innovation orientation and learning orientation are important for entrepreneurial success of High Technology Firm. Firm culture affects firm development and staff behavior. High Technology Firm should entirely stress and develop innovation orientation and learning orientation culture for promoting environmental success.(4) The study explain moderating role of market orientation and policy support between technological capability and entrepreneurial performance. The result explicates the mechanism of technological capability affecting entrepreneurial performance in C hinese transition context.The study analyze how promote technological capability and entrepreneurial performance based learning and innovation view. The study have theory value and practice meaning for high technology firms’ entrepreneurship.
