| Industrial prosperity is not only the primary task of the rural revitalization strategy,but also the prerequisite for solving all rural problems.Rural industrial integration is an important way to promote industrial prosperity.In our country,with the gradual transformation of the main social contradictions,people's consumption upgrade has gradually accelerated which leads to the increasing demand of multifunctional for rural space.And land multifunctional use has become an inevitable trend in the development of rural industries.The development of rural industrial integration has an important impact on the land multifunctional use,and the land multifunctional use has a reverse promotion effect on the development of rural industrial integration.At the present stage,the main operating entities is more diversified and the rural industrial integration organization model shows a diversified development trend.This paper studies the performance of land multifunctional use in different industrial integration organizational modes which provides a scientific basis for improving the performance of land multifunctional use in the process of rural industrial integration.In this paper,firstly,based on the elaboration of rural industrial integration and its mode,the rural land multifunctional use and its performance,a performance evaluation index system of land multifunctional use is constructed from the two dimensions of process and result.Secondly,this paper explores the impact of rural industrial integration on the performance of land multifunctional use theoretically through the "behavior-performance" analysis framework.And then,the empirical analysis of the impact of different rural industrial integration organizational modes on the performance of land multifunctional use was carried out by using the method of improved entropy-TOPSIS model,obstacle degree model and coupling and coordination degree model based on the survey data of 4 typical cases of rural industrial integration in Hubei Province.Finally,this paper draws research conclusions and makes policy recommendations through summing up the full text.The main research work and conclusions of this article are as follows:1)There are multiple development modes for rural industrial integration in practice.Based on the theory of industrial economics and entry point of the operating entities,this study divided rural industrial integration modes into three types according to the interest relationships and organizational forms among different business entities: the farmer independent business organizational mode,the large-scale organizational mode of agricultural enterprises/cooperatives,and the farmer cooperative operation organizational mode.In the farmer cooperative operation organizational mode,it's further divided into the “agricultural enterprise+ cooperative+ farmer” intermediary organization linkage organizational mode and the “agricultural enterprise+ cooperative+ farmer” integrated organizational mode.There are obvious differences in the structural characteristics of the operating entities,sources of production factors,operating scale,and market risks of various modes.2)Based on the theory of land multifunction,this paper divides the land multifunction into four types: productive function,ecological protection function,social security function and leisure sightseeing function.Productive function is the capacity that can provide human with living and production materials by using land as a working object directly or using land as a carrier to carry out productive activities.The ecological service function is the capacity that the land use system provides the ecological resources and ecological environment to maintain biological survival.The social security function is the capacity that the land to guarantee basic social life.The leisure sightseeing function is the capacity that the land provides entertainment,leisure,culture and aesthetics to humans.3)Rural industrial integration can improve the performance of land multifunctional use,however,there are differences in multifunctional performance among different modes.Except for the special case of Xiaozhuwan,from the perspective of productive function performance,the farmer cooperative operation organizational mode is superior to the largescale organizational mode of agricultural enterprises/cooperatives.During the farmer cooperative operation organizational mode,the “agricultural enterprise+ cooperative+ farmer” intermediary organization linkage organizational mode is better than the “agricultural enterprise+ cooperative+ farmer” integrated organizational mode.From the perspective of ecological protection function performance,the farmer cooperative operation organizational mode is better than the farmer independent business organizational mode than the large-scale organizational mode of agricultural enterprises/cooperatives.During the farmer cooperative operation organizational mode,the “agricultural enterprise+ cooperative+ farmer” intermediary organization linkage organizational mode is better than the “agricultural enterprise+ cooperative+ farmer” integrated organizational mode.From the perspective of social security performance,the farmer cooperative operation organizational mode is better than the farmer independent business organizational mode than the large-scale organizational mode of agricultural enterprises/cooperatives.During the farmer cooperative operation organizational mode,the “agricultural enterprise+ cooperative+ farmer” integrated organizational mode is better than the “agricultural enterprise+ cooperative+ farmer” intermediary organization linkage organizational mode.From the perspective of leisure and tourism performance,the farmer independent business organizational mode is better than the large-scale organizational mode of agricultural enterprises/cooperatives than the farmer cooperative operation organizational mode.During the farmer cooperative operation organizational mode,the “agricultural enterprise+ cooperative+ farmer” intermediary organization linkage organizational mode is better than the “agricultural enterprise+ cooperative+ farmer” integrated organizational mode.In general,compared with the large-scale organizational mode of agricultural enterprises/cooperatives,the farmer cooperative operation organizational mode has a higher level of land multifunctional use performance.Among them,the “agricultural enterprise+ cooperative+ farmer” integrated organizational mode has higher performance.4)There are differences in the barrier factors that affect the performance of land multifunctional use in different industrial integration modes.The farmer independent business organizational mode and the large-scale organizational mode of agricultural enterprises/cooperatives which dominated by rural tourism has obstacle factors affecting the land multifunctional use in agricultural production,non-agricultural production in processing industry,ecological protection and distribution of farmers' benefits.This shows that we must also pay attention to improving the performance of productive and ecological functions of land use while developing the rural tourism industry.The “agricultural enterprise+ cooperative+ farmer” integrated organizational mode and the “agricultural enterprise+ cooperative+ farmer” intermediary organization linkage organizational mode which dominated by agricultural production and processing industry has obstacle factors affecting the land multifunctional use in non-agricultural production such as catering and accommodation.This shows that the rural tourism and leisure industry is of great significance to improve the land multifunctional use performance.And the development of rural leisure industry cannot be ignored during the rural industry integration development.5)There are differences in the development level of the coupling and coordination degree of the land multifunctional use performance in different industrial integration modes.From the perspective of coupling and coordination of land multifunctional use performances,different industrial integration modes have different levels of multifunctional performance coupling and coordination development,however,the overall level of the coupling and coordination development of the functional performance of all industrial integration modes is not high.Further analysis revealed that the higher the overall performance level of land multifunctional use,the higher the level of coupling and coordination development of each multifunctional performance.This shows that we must pay attention to coupling and coordination of functions of land use and give full play to the multifunctional effects of rural land,which can improve the overall performance level of land multifunctional use in the process of rural industrial integration development.This paper is making the following recommendations which based on the above research results and conclusions.First,mechanisms of connecting and driving farmers should be improved.Farmers should be integrated into the industrial chain by other operators.Agricultural enterprises and specialized farmer cooperatives should be guided to establish contractual and equity-type benefit linkage mechanism with farmers.And the form of organization modes of rural industrial integration development mode should be innovated.Second,allocate agricultural and tourism elements by transcending borders and promote them to be in-depth integration to form the “agricultural+” rural tourism development trend.Rural areas should actively develop leisure tourism and increase new highlights of rural industry development.Third,land multifunctional use should be emphasized on during the development of rural industrial integration.While pursuing industrial development,we must also correctly grasp the synergistic relationship between ecological environment and economic development.Fourth,it is necessary to choose a suitable industrial integration organizational mode to improve the land multifunctional use performance level according to local conditions,which can ultimately achieve rural development,agricultural efficiency increasing and farmers' income increasing. |
